Fedex is refusing to refund our money, blaming this establishment. This establishment is blaming Fedex and we are left with no resolution. This establishment didn't even refund the fee they charged either (something else to keep in mind). I believe Fedex is purposely giving us the runaround to waste time so that the claim window expires. This establishment manager informed me that other customers are experiencing this same issue. Save yourself this nightmare and DO NOT ship ANYTHING via Fedex. I hope this establishment reads this review and ceases business with them. If they continue business with Fedex, they need to explain to customers that Fedex is not reliable. Establishments that knowingly utilize an unreliable service should hold a level of accountability at some point. I guess I will never receive my refund and that is unacceptable on EVERY level. The longest time was the wait for her to finish with the other patient as the other employee had yet been trained on the fingerprinting process. I would definitely come back. I did see a family dropping off a bunch of packages, and I can confirm that the employee that was entering their packages into the system, took his time and scanned every single one and he was careful with the packages. The entire set up process here took less than five minutes, including waiting for the man in front of me to take care of his package pickup. Just needed to show two forms of ID and sign in three places. I like the fact that they give you a key to the front door for 24 hour access and you get a true street address...not just a P.O. number. They also sign for packages for you and notify you by email. The worker there was courteous and efficient. Wasn't forced to enter any monthly contracts either, which is great because I will only be needing it for a short time. I can't comment on the reliability yet, as I haven't even used it, but it seems like a pretty straightforward biz with no hassles so far.
