Zach, the sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to get me in that same afternoon for a tire change. Everything ran smoothly. We did wait a little bit longer than expected to be taken in for service, but we were also a last-minute appointment so I can't complain. In the meantime, we went to some stores nearby and they called us when our car was ready and we pumped back over, Payge.
