Took my 2019 BMW X3 to Atlanta Undercar Specialist after BMW informed me that 2 of my new Michelin Pilot Sport a/s 3 tires from TireRack.com had failed the Hunter Road Force test. TireRack did replace the first time, but when BMW told me it failed again, TireRack had me go to these guys for inspection of my rims and tires. A.U.S. also uses the Hunter Balancing system. The owner, Wayne, took the time to show me how it works and pointed out that my tires were all out of balance... funny since I literally had BMW balance my tires twice within the past few weeks. He said it's one thing to have the machine, it's another to know how to use it! After the work was completed, I drove off and my car felt like it is back to new for the first time since I purchased it almost 2 years ago! These guys are great. I brought in my Tesla for alignment and they did an outstanding job, for a fraction of what Tesla wanted to charge. Good guys, explained the results and what they re-aligned well, and quite trustworthy. I'm sold and will only be taking my cars to them for now on for alignments. I had an alignment completed. My car is now driving so much better. Before that, my steering wheel was not straight when I was driving and my car started to shake when I go above 60 and my traction light was on. I Was Looking for a Mechanic who is knowledgable who has High Quality Work Ethics who is fair in his prices for the work he offers. Wayne & his crew did a fantastic job moving my coil-over shocks & re-aligning them away from the axle & adjusting them out to where my custom 1955 stepside pick up truck sits level. I brought the custom size bolts and nuts and washers needed so he could complete the job that day. Wayne also did a front end alignment, installed missing grease fittings, lube job & Bled my Brakes & adjusted my rear drum brakes. Highly recommend Wayne and His crew for your Front end Alignment & or repair needs. The Truck rides & Drives so much better. Known Wayne for a long time. He is a smart guy, college degree, and as honest as they come. Probably has forgotten more about wheels, tires and suspensions than most shops ever learned. Don't let the building exterior fool you. I've used him to install tires drop shipped from Tire Rack, he has chased suspension gremlins in Mercedes and BMW, and handled the occasional brake, oil, maintenance thing for us as well. Only shop I know that I would trust implicitly...not because of advertising, but because he's earned it. read more

Just had a 22 year old car a/c converted to new refrigerant. Wayne found a leak after starting the conversion, and he let me take the car home to fix whatever I could myself. Brought it back, and he finished the job for less than the original estimate. I have been bringing cars here for at least 2 years, and I could not be happier with the service or the quality. Brakes, alignment, a/c, trouble codes - he won't BS you, and he won't gouge you. And if he can't fix it, he'll direct you to someone who can. read more
