    Smoke stain in bed sheet

    I found a random cat that almost got hit by a car in the parking lot. saved it in time. I took the cat to the front. They said the cat belonged to somebody staying at the motel. I knocked on the owner's door and they were not there. I didn't know what to do with it because I have a big fat dog in my room. I took the cat to the front and they told me to leave it alone and let it run off. Yea. Just let let the cat run off and get hit by a car. Terrible service. Also at 9:30 p.m I could hear loud Mexican music playing. Yes, I know I could have taken it to a shelter but all the shelters are out of my range.

    This Motel 6 comes with all the expected amenities, the most notable of which includes: * Neighbors congregating outside at approximately 2:30AM * Shady environment that guarantees to induce restless sleep, making necessary an occasional safety check on your vehicle * Water spigots with backwards outlets (hot = cold, cold = hot) What this Motel 6 DID NOT include was: * Shitty customer service * A bath tub that was once a crime scene * Shared room & board with a family of cockroaches and other less desirable creatures Bottom line, it's a MOTEL 6 - if you want a heavenly mattress and more than a plastic-wrapped bar of soap, you picked the wrong damn place. We had a pickup truck full of expensive belongings and a motorcycle, and it was not touched. We had an air-conditioned place to lay our heads, and a shower to bathe in. It's far cleaner than any other Motel I've ever subjected myself to in a pinch, and the guy working the front desk was perfectly friendly. When you're looking for a place to stay last minute and have two 50+ lb dogs, you book a room at Motel 6, deadbolt the door, and hope for the best. Is it over priced? At $117/night, absolutely. But is that due to the proximity to LA, and the obvious renovations they've made to make this place as decent as a Motel 6 can be? Of course. If you can, choose a better place.. but if this is your only option, chances are you'll make it out alive to tell the story. It's above average for what it is: A MOTEL.

    Cockroach crawling on the wall dead as fuck

    The rooms were not equipped with enough towels or soap. The customer service was terrible and the employees were creeping on me and my girlfriend. Live cockroaches crawling on the wall while we were sleeping. One woke up my girlfriend in the middle of the night. Was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Would not recommend.

    Roaches

    Had roaches in my room and was told to immediately leave if we wanted a refund so here we are at 1am searching for a hotel . Room was filled with roaches I only caught 2

    My wife has cancer! She has to be kept out of any pollution or second hand smoke! This was a big blunder! I was penny pinching! Solution.... Motel 6! No no no! This location clearly don't have time to check if their rooms will have a at least 80" percent customer satisfaction! We requested a back room to avoid the noise! But this would turned into a nightmare! A non smoking room was assigned to us due to our illness and allergies! This place was just bad! The frame of the so called "secured" door had a huge "gap" That anyone smoking outside the room will share their second hand smoke in our room! noise! noise! noise! My wife got scared of doors slamming close by ! Dogs barking at about 1 or 2 AM late that night and again cigarette smoke! In fairness to the staff, We requested for a refund and with no doubt the night Manager... Mr. Harman was very willing and promised that we will get our refund in 3-4 business days! During their renovation and even after, This Motel 6 should really choose the rooms that are 100 acceptable to motel standards before issuing them to their guest! Quality control is a must! We had a hard time finding another hotel/motel at that early morning hours! We have to give you guys a :( sad face rating for this terrible experience! Please put your act together! This will elevate you from a poor to a great place to spend a good night and to continue the motto.... "We will leave the lights on for you!"

    Burnt sheets.

    What a horrible facility. First room smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room had the sheets with holes from something burning it. What an unbelievable dump. Do not reccomend

    This is one of the better Motel 6 in LA. Rooms are clean with lots of space. Staff is also very accommodating, Paul and Nick are the best!

I was so impressed by how clean and gorgeous the interior is. The event staff was incredibly welcoming and helped my partner and I feel so comfortable the minute we arrived. We enjoyed such delicious coffee drinks from their vendor and the yoga class was incredible! Lastly, the food they served was AMAZING! I felt like I was at a luxury resort. The amount of thought and detail put into planning this event is so appreciated. I am so grateful that Marriott hosted a relaxing and peaceful wellness event like this for our community! That said, it would be nice to see some limits in place, as we noticed some guests taking excessive amounts such as multiple sodas or bags full of bottled water which takes away from the experience for others. The property itself was very nice, the room was comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The buffet breakfast was also very good omelets cooked to order and many other items. Very good Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

However, the elevator coming down can be very slow, especially if on a high floor. The room was clean and spacious, and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was very present in the hotel. I saw multiple housekeepers on one hallway, and the overall cleanliness showed. They also offer stay over service, which is appreciated. On the downside the TV was very outdated no smart features, just basic cable. Also for the price the hotel, it's lacking amenities. There is no pool or hot tub just a gym, which is disappointing for this price point. Overall, it was a great stay, especially for the convenient location. There are definitely areas of improvement, considering the cost.

When I spoke to another staff member, I was told the cleaning staff might be on strike, which sounded completely made up--especially since someone else had already apologized and admitted my room was simply overlooked. The shower gel in the bathroom was nearly empty upon arrival. For a three-night stay, basic items like this should be checked and fully stocked in advance. Breakfast was also very disappointing. Many items were gone, and staff did not replenish them. You are left with banana, yogurt, oatmeal. Additionally, the elevator service was extremely slow. With only two elevators available, one broke down at one point, causing chaos and long wait times as lines quickly formed. They offer tea in the lobby, but unfortunately, the water was cold--another small detail that reflects poor attention to guest experience. The valet staff was friendly--and frankly, they should be, given the $31 per night charge, which felt like a complete rip-off. Overall, the service and maintenance fell below expectations, and I hope the hotel improves its attention to detail and communication moving forward.

Is that something the company is aware of or is just something the employee are trying to be smarty about it? Because I never saw that on the guest rules board. I feel the employee are going over board with the actidud and been really rude. And on the paperwork they put only 20 fee and we told them we have 120 and then they try to change it. Said he would give some money back and while moving my stuff out we saw him on the phone with the manager. Then they said it had to be inspected before giving money back. We both ended up calling the cops. They went to the room with us to get a better video and so they could see what the fuss was about. Left and came back the next day. That night we slept in the car and first thing in the morning I was at the laundromat. Washing EVERYTHING and cleaning out the car. Whole body itching. Another guy (young) behind the counter told us we put the blood on the mattress. It was there for months or longer. Mind you, the first few days I straightened up so the cleaning people didn't come in the room. We finally had them come in and that's when we saw the bedbugs. Which means it had to have came from the carts, another room or the laundry room. As he was blaming us the maid that cleaned the room over heard us and said she told him about the mattress a while ago and we didn't do it. He was standing there looking stupid. You would think places no matter how cheap would take pride in a business and be on top of things like this. But nope, some people are ok paying to share a space with bugs that could make your life hell. I'll NEVER go back. It gave me the IIIIKKKK. Should have read the reviews first. DONT STAY HERE.
