    We usually stay in Burbank marriotts but so close to new years and last min trip this was the place that worked for us. We've never been here but we stay at Marriott's about 1-2 times a month/2 months. Tell me why this is the first Marriott that has the shower valves opposite the shower head?!?! All the other ones have the valves on the same side as the shower head therefore you get wet when you turn the shower on. We are most likely gonna stay here again. We were upgraded to a suit and really have nothing negative to mention.

    We were very impressed with this hotel! It's so clean, bright and staff is extremely helpful and friendly...they are also very accommodating. Our room is VERY SPACIOUS with TWO windows. The hotel sits on a corner but literally walking distance to great food, convenience stores, and a Starbucks. Our room has great lighting and wonderful soft bedding. I requested extra pillows online when I booked and when I arrived...they had the pillows in the suite! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this hotel! We will be returning for sure!! In the morning we look forward to the hot free buffet breakfast...crossing our fingers;)

    I get that we come in late. The chick was nice. She had sprayed lysol like it was going out of style. Later on we figured it was because the lobby smelled like a bathroom. Let's talk about the room, DUSTY! Like you can see and feel it. Shower floor was dirty. AC was a joke, the TV didn't only not work but the box was not set up. Holes everywhere. No handle on the cabinet and random hardware on the counter. We took it up to the counter and ask if she could help us, no because she was the only one there. But was willing to go look at another room for us. But when we showed up she said she had no other rooms due to being sold out. She did give us her managers card and then said " I have one other guest not show up, I can do a walk through with you if you would like" mmmm no of that was already in your back pocket you should have said so, but not just that if the room I was in, was already dusty and nasty why would your other rooms be any different? I would rather sleep in my car.

    All are welcomed at the Marriott Residence Inn, Chatsworth, CA.

I checked in with Fahmida at the front desk to see if…read moreI could check in early and she said that there were no rooms ready, and that they don't usually check in people this early. Seeing that I was a Diamond member, she said that she would see what she could do and would contact me when my room was ready. Fahmida was helpful in taking our bags to the back office so that we could run off and get some lunch and run other errands. A few hours later, I was notified that the room was ready. When we got back to the hotel, Fahmida was very helpful and checked us in. She said that she took the liberty of having our bags placed in our room. How's that for awesome service? I didn't expect that. With a few complimentary, and world famous, Doubletree warm chocolate chip cookies in hand, we were finally able to kick off our shoes and relax in the room after a long travel day. The room was clean and decently sized. We got a king deluxe room. 2 complimentary bottles of water awaited us in the room. I have no complaints about the room, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are ever in the area.

Any time I've stayed at a Hilton property I haven't needed to check in early but I always received notification that my room was ready earlier than anticipated. I guess this Tim e I was hoping it to also be true, but no. I'm not a diamond member, I'm only a silver member who uses Hilton to visit my son who's in the navy. This one experience has me rethinking Hilton altogether. It was the laugh at me that was so condescending.

We checked around to see what hotels are around the area due to a friends loss and we chose Radisson. Once checked in, we were greeted and helped by Alex. Alex delivered such exceptional service and was so sweet. We asked about check out, it's really quick and easy no hassle. He asked if we wanted to do a late check out we can. It was really kind of him to do so. We informed him we would be out before even check out but appreciate it the offer. Alex also started us on their reward program and informed us how it works and gave us a discount if we like to dine in or order room service. Now in days is hard to find people that are genuine and overall deliver good customer service. We're very satisfied with Alex's help and I definitely recommend you staying here. The bed is comfortable and there's no weird odors. Lol Room is nice and cozy but the best part it's is clean. Thank you Alex for given my family a great start. We appreciate it.

She was able to check us in a little early without an additional cost due to it only being 10 am. I highly recommend this place It is very clean and has great Staff. Fahmida definitely saved the day

    If I could give 0 I would. This place was a nightmare. They had roaches and bedbugs. We saw them on…read morethe sheets so I removed the mattress cover and saw a blood soaked bed. Had to have been there for months. I was sick, disgusted and my heart was racing thinking about sleeping on that bed. The guy at the front desk offered another room but who in there right mind would stay somewhere and risk taking any of that home. Said he would give some money back and while moving my stuff out we saw him on the phone with the manager. Then they said it had to be inspected before giving money back. We both ended up calling the cops. They went to the room with us to get a better video and so they could see what the fuss was about. Left and came back the next day. That night we slept in the car and first thing in the morning I was at the laundromat. Washing EVERYTHING and cleaning out the car. Whole body itching. Another guy (young) behind the counter told us we put the blood on the mattress. It was there for months or longer. Mind you, the first few days I straightened up so the cleaning people didn't come in the room. We finally had them come in and that's when we saw the bedbugs. Which means it had to have came from the carts, another room or the laundry room. As he was blaming us the maid that cleaned the room over heard us and said she told him about the mattress a while ago and we didn't do it. He was standing there looking stupid. You would think places no matter how cheap would take pride in a business and be on top of things like this. But nope, some people are ok paying to share a space with bugs that could make your life hell. I'll NEVER go back. It gave me the IIIIKKKK. Should have read the reviews first. DONT STAY HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE SOMETHING HOME WITH YOU. THIS PLACE IS NOT UP TO CODE. Just pay the extra to be somewhere clean and safe.

And they can't even give me a refund ,this place on booking.com has a 9.0 rating , idk how the hell the got that

While I was waiting, another associate appeared available but never looked up or acknowledged me, not even a quick "I'll be with you in a moment or my associate will be with you in a moment." You have to park in a large structure behind the hotel in a business center. They do offer valet for a up charge. The hotel itself is nice and modern. Upon entering, there is a bar and restaurant to the right. Check in was fast and simple. you will have to have your room key ready in order to access elevators. However, the elevator coming down can be very slow, especially if on a high floor. The room was clean and spacious, and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was very present in the hotel. I saw multiple housekeepers on one hallway, and the overall cleanliness showed. They also offer stay over service, which is appreciated. On the downside the TV was very outdated no smart features, just basic cable. Also for the price the hotel, it's lacking amenities. There is no pool or hot tub just a gym, which is disappointing for this price point. Overall, it was a great stay, especially for the convenient location. There are definitely areas of improvement, considering the cost.
