If you like waking up at 2 AM and hear a woman screaming for help, and this is all done for you. If you want to find yourself waiting for over 45 minutes just for someone to come to the check-in, this is the hotel for you. I have been here once and hope you got better but now I can say for sure never again. Never again.

Stay here whenever I visit LA clean large room nicely decorated comfy beds and a Keurig coffee maker, and huge TV nice staff a little pricey during summer months but well worth it never had a problem and they accept cash one of the last decent hotels still doing so.. I will continue to stay whenever I get a chance definitely a hidden gem.

    King size roaches!

King size bed with King size roaches... I had to leave this place in the middle of the night cause of this issue (There was no receptionist available at 4:30AM). When I called back asking for money back, the person on the phone simply said they don't care... it's very sad when greedy people are running the business without any understanding that they will end-up paying more in court fees. - Yes, I'm filling case - good luck to you and your disgusting hotel.

Front desk personnel was very professional. I explained to him that I just had a bad experience with another hotel and asked how their rooms looked he reassured me that the rooms were nice and also came out and showed me! Excellent, he was polite and friendly which I appreciate. Unlike other reviewers my stay was enjoyable I would recommend and return.

We checked in at 11:40pm on October 18th and the room was not cleaned after prior guest left. Maybe the guest checked out early and there were no housekeepers to clean the the room. I am unsure as to why one bed had been slept in 3 towels were on the floor (wash cloth, hand cloth, and shower mat) and there were keys with room 122 opened and on the table. The front desk rep (Asian man) asked if we wanted to stay or leave but he could not fix the issue. We drove 2.5 hrs to celebrate a birthday and we were exhausted so we had to stay in the USED room because they only had a smoking room available. Noisiest night ever! I slept 2 hrs max! It sounds like people are moving furniture and banging on the floor (our ceiling) all night! Fast forward to our next day.... breakfast is small and decent for a snack not a meal, no place to sit and the juice machine was out of order. (Classic!) Our room was fairly clean, hard floors were dirty though, leaving black dirt stains on the bottoms of our feet. We made our 2 boys wear socks while in the room. The second night was noisier than the first! Noise did not cease until AFTER midnight but at least it minimized sooner than that Friday night before. The walls are very thin. I suggest if you need a place to lay your head desperately for a brief time and you need a shower maybe a couple hrs to sleep, come here but good luck with the peace and quiet. I am not at all pleased mainly due to our first night checking into an already USED ROOM and no accomodation whatsoever. The relentless noise from neighbors is unforginving. The noise gives this motel a NO for me. A flat out never again! I have stayed at way nicer, quieter, and excellent breakfast, Super 8s. This one does not compare. I didn't appreciate walking into a used room on our first night stay. Do yourself a favor and pay more to stay elsewhere! This model should be no more than $80 a night and that is being been generous. It is not worth $150 ! Terrible!!!!!

    Rude Front desk person

Very Rude Guy... I gave him my business debit card to pay the room for a business partner and this guy said, "ID". I showed him a colored photo copy of my drivers license as I'm waiting for the replacement. But he kept saying, "Where's your ID?"... ID... I said, "This big paper is a colored copy of my ID but I also have credit cards that have my picture on them. He cut me off and said, " Can you hear me, I want your ID, that's a copy, can you hear what I'm saying?" I said, yes I can only hear what you're saying cos you're not even listening to me. At least say nicely why you can't accept my card.. instead of you being very rude." This attitude is unacceptable as a paying costumer. My card had a chip on it so this establishment needs to upgrade their system to better avoid falsified cards instead of being rude to costumers who are willing to pay. No wonder this hotel only has 2-3 stars and it's mostly complaining about rude service.

    Stained floors.

A decent hotel, about the quality you would expect from an older Ramada-- probably because it is a Ramada. They have obviously put a bit of effort into re-branding and updating the hotel exterior to set it apart from the other, cheaper hotels on the strip. The biggest disappointment was that the interior of the rooms and the bedding are not the same as advertised in their photos. They still use the old Ramada bedding, and even the pen and paper are Ramada branded. It seems silly to build guest expectations without being able to deliver. Anyway, the hotel breakdown: Pros: Clean, comfortable beds. Fantastic housekeeping. Flat screen TV, great fridge, microwave, iron and board. Great WiFi signal and speeds. Cons: Bedding and room set up not as advertised on hotel site. Cramped parking. Less-than-awesome front desk staff. Stained floors. Price point a bit higher than you'd expect for the quality. If or when they finish their remodel this will be less of an issue. All in all it was a comfortable 4 day stay. The front desk staff can work on their friendliness and willingness to be helpful. I'd expect a hotel of this quality, in this location, to be in the $70 range not the $90 to $100+ range. The solid housekeeping, WiFi, and convenient location are it's saving graces. I'd stay again if I was able to find a similarly good deal that dropped the price to the expected, and deserved, range.

The Hilton app is actually very good -- it's clean, fast, and easy to book reservations. That part works well. Where things fall apart is when your plans change. I recently needed to make a simple change to a reservation. I tried chat first -- no help. Then I called the Hilton 1-800 number and spent 17 minutes on the phone only to be told there was nothing they could do. I also called the hotel twice early in the morning with no answer. At this point, I'll likely have to track down the hotel manager myself to resolve it. By the time this is done, I'll have spent close to an hour just trying to make a basic change -- and there's still no guarantee it will be waived. Meanwhile, my business plans shifted and I've already booked another Hilton stay at a different location. That's the frustrating part -- I'm staying loyal to the brand, but the system doesn't support flexibility. Airlines have figured this out. Hilton hasn't. As a Diamond member, I expect better. Instead, I feel like I'm working against the system rather than being supported by it. If Hilton can fix the change/cancellation experience, they'd be best-in-class. Until then, business travelers should be aware -- booking is easy, but changes can cost you time and money.

Upon arrival, Rochelle provided a very warm welcome, got us quickly checked in and upgraded us to a nicer room on the 14th floor. She went above and beyond, providing exceptional service. I also had very positive interactions with Angie, Gareth and Janeli throughout the stay. I owe special thanks to Amy & Michelle for making our stay and breakfast extra special, as they went above and beyond making us feel very welcome and that we had everything we needed in the M Lounge and at breakfast. I very much remembered them and their stellar service from my previous stay there in July. They exemplify the excellence associated with the Marriott brand, allowing us to get along with our day and to our local destinations. The room was very clean, modern and had nice views from its balcony. The breakfast buffet and M Lounge are top notch, especially since I am vegan and was able to enjoy not one but three items from the buffet: delicious breakfast potatoes, a yummy sauteed vegetable blend and oatmeal. Other than my stays at Aloft properties which offer great plant-based breakfast sandwiches, this was the first time I had a breakfast at a Marriott property that had enough vegan items where I felt full, satisfied and ready to enjoy my day. The location is very ideal, situated adjacent to a beautiful park, close to many shops and restaurants and not far to the freeway. The pool area is very nice; I enjoyed a cocktail at the pool bar where a great DJ was playing great music and then enjoyed a relaxing time at the pool. Most of all, all the staff we encountered were truly amazing and without a doubt not only meet but exceed the high Marriott standards. I wholeheartedly recommend this great Marriott for anyone in the area for personal or business.

Many items were gone, and staff did not replenish them. You are left with banana, yogurt, oatmeal. Additionally, the elevator service was extremely slow. With only two elevators available, one broke down at one point, causing chaos and long wait times as lines quickly formed.
