You could stack all four together and your head would sink down to the mattress. By the time we checked out on day 3, I was absolutely exhausted. We went to our next hotel, an IHG about 3 hrs away, Pillowtopped mattress and a soft and firm pillow waited for me. I took a two hour nap there! Holy cow Hampton. I hope my next experience with you is better or it will be more last.

The rooms are beautiful, and everything is kept super clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the showers are top-notch. On top of that, the complimentary breakfast they offer in the morning was really nice and a great way to start the day. To be honest, I would easily give this hotel 5 stars, but they completely took out the pool during the remodel, so I have to deduct one star for that. However, if you don't care about having a pool, then this is definitely a five-star stay all the way. Otherwise, it's an absolutely excellent, clean, and modern place to stay!

After checkout, I was told my $50 deposit would be kept because the bathroom was "dirty," towels were "stained," and food had been left in the refrigerator. Considering I spent most of my time away working and was mainly only there to sleep, I did not feel those claims justified withholding my deposit. The room itself was not damaged in any way. Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and poorly treated as a guest. Better communication, professionalism, and respect for guest privacy would go a long way here.
