They are also a lot spicier than anything I've eaten in Colorado. That said, this place is the closest I've come yet to "Authentic" Mexican food so far! Their chorizo is especially good! I just had to buy two of them to equal the quantities I'm used to getting in Arizona. The only true negative I have to say about them is that they seem to close unexpectedly; I tried to go there for my birthday on December 9th and they were closed! No note or anything; Just their closed sign up a 3pm in the afternoon. Weird right? I've had this happen two other times in the last two months. Call before you go, to avoid a 30 minute drive.
