This made it impossible to relax or sleep, and I had no choice but to check out early. No guest should have to leave a hotel they paid for because the room is uninhabitable. What is even more concerning is that after looking at other reviews, I saw multiple guests reporting the same marijuana issue. This clearly shows it is an ongoing problem that management has not properly addressed. Although another room was offered, it was late at night and not reasonable to move, especially with my granddaughter. At that point, the damage to our stay was already done. A non-smoking hotel should enforce its policies and ensure guests are not exposed to smoke. I paid for a service that was not delivered. I am requesting a full refund for the night that was impacted, as well as the return of my deposit. This is the fair and reasonable resolution. If this is not handled appropriately, I will continue to escalate this matter and share my experience on multiple platforms.

Always greeting me when heading out or back in the hotel. My room had a king bed, stand in shower, tv, desk and also a small fridge and microwave area. My stay was decent for the most part! I didn't have much complaints. However just small things out of my control. The room did have a slight smell (not necessarily bad, I just aired out the room!) speaking of that. I did like how we are able to crack windows open a bit. I understand safety concerns but it was nice to get some fresh air. One thing though was the noise outside, maybe it was a radiator or something but it was pretty loud from evening till past 12am. The AC/HEAT unit was decent as well. Not the greatest but does what it needs to! It does have a slight smell too so I wonder how often they get cleaned and filtered out. I tried to do fresh air as much as possible. Tv had streaming and live TV. Microwave and fridges were. Clean! Bathroom was clean as well however I did have a bit of ants on the walls or the half end of the stay. The gym is small. 1 cable machine, 2 benches, free weights, 3 treadmill (only one worked at the time) and a few other cardio machines. Warm n humid in there Otherwise, that's really it! My experience was not bad. I think everyone's experience is subjective. I appreciated the service and stay for making my stay safe and comfortable.

Here's the good: free parking. Now for the rest. Starting with security--or the lack of it. The only visible security was a guy in a security uniform wandering around the "bistro" during breakfast and staring at guests. Other than that, anyone can walk into the lobby, onto the patio, into the bar, up the elevators, and onto the guest floors. No key access is required anywhere. The Wi-Fi situation is also concerning. There's a guest network, but there are also several suspicious room-linked networks showing up. Whether they're legitimate or not, it certainly doesn't inspire confidence. The lobby bistro was disappointing. The food was bland, watery, and overcooked. When I ordered tea, it arrived in a teapot with a broken handle. Not exactly the level of hospitality you'd hope for. The elevator didn't inspire confidence either. The doors began opening before the elevator had fully stopped at the floor, which felt more alarming than convenient. The room itself was pretty janky. A decorative scarf tossed across the bed seemed to be doing a lot of heavy lifting in the design department. The bathroom sink was missing the drain cover, the bed squeaked and creaked with every movement, and the walls were paper thin. We could clearly hear the TV from the neighboring room. There's only a few tv stations and no streaming options. The second floor was noisy overall, with parking lot sounds carrying late into the night and starting up again early in the morning. If you're hoping for a good night's sleep, lower your expectations. The pool and spa area were equally disappointing. The hot tub had food and something dark floating on the surface, and children were using it unsupervised. The view from the pool isn't relaxing either--unless freeway signs are your idea of scenic. What bothered me most was how misleading the photos are. The pool looks lovely online. The room photos show bathrobes that don't actually exist. The food photos displayed throughout the hotel look appetizing and polished, while the actual meals that arrive bear little resemblance to what's advertised. Overall, the photos sell a completely different experience than the one you'll actually get. Aside from free parking, I struggled to find much to recommend here.

Kevin at the front desk checked us in and was a lot of fun. Very personable and helpful. Samir who was also the manager, was helped us with our reservation issues and was there when we checked out. He was amazing, helpful and just a sweetheart. I highly recommend a stay here while out on the the Route 66 roadtrip or just anytime in the San Bernardino area. If you so happen need change go inside the office they will give you a quarter or two. It was quite we hardly heard any traffic. But early morning there was a load of old classics that came driving thru taking photos. It was nice to see. They have coffee complimentary in office. We are not coffee drinkers so passed on the offer. There is tons of things to buy for moments in office plenty to see. They offer cable and had showtime available as a prime channel. We enjoyed watching a movie or two while we relaxed in the evening. Wigwam motel is a great stay and also our half way point to joshua tree or other locations we travel to.

This is a budget hotel so don't look for all the amenities the offer shampoo that's it. I don't even remember if there was hand soap. The towels are tiny including the pool ones. I only had one full set in room and a second bath towel so that sucked a bit. The AC was kinda loud not overly loud just enough to make me the light sleep toss for a few before I could push the noise out. As close to freeway and a ton of construction as it was it was pretty quiet. The breakfast included pancakes, powdered eggs and sausage links, they also had 3 cereals: corn flakes, Raisin Bran and Fruit loops along with coffee, tea, apple and orange juices. Again my little one loved it she thought the place was awesome, but I kinda believe that was because she had her own tv in the living area on her double sized bed? And she got to watch cartoons during the week! They had a pool/ jacuzzi and unlimited juices and pannycakes as she calls them. I on the other hand know it was a great bargain, clean and pretty well maintained. I'll definitely use them again whenever she had an early morning appt!! So if you need an airport lay over don't over look this little spot!
