Radon Be Gone (RBG) was less expensive but this was not something I wanted to "go cheap" on... I wanted it done right. The "other company" quoted me over the phone without even looking at my property to discuss the installation. They planned to figure it out real-time on install day. RBG sent a knowledgeable technician out to hear my ideas and concerns then discuss the installation. The "other company's" guaranteed radon level after mitigation was higher than RBG and they would only guarantee that if I installed two of their systems in different in my basement. It was as if they were not confident in their ability to do the job right. So not only were they more but I would need to double that cost to receive their guarantee. Based on these two factors I went with RBG. So, how did they do? They showed up on time did a very clean and neat installation and, most importantly, it had an immediate effect taking my radon levels well below 1.0 on my meter inside of 24 hours. Awesome work! Swift and their contractors replaced exterior siding, j channels, removed and replaced damaged insulation and drywall (as well as paint) In March I discovered that the top edge of the window surround was showing evidence of moisture which caused the surround to bow and expose swollen particle board. I contacted Swift to have repairs made under their warranty. "Scott" came to the house to inspect it promising that they would have contractors come in evaluate the problem and recommend a repair. "Scott" never followed through (this is the most unprofessional treatment I have received in the last 15 years). I have more yesterdays than tomorrows, therefore; I don't waste my few remaining days, months, years With people who don't honor their commitments.

I understand things can get busy, but the decent thing to do is communicate that you won't be showing up. So then they reschedule us for the following Monday a week later, today. Same story, no show, no communication. Three times. We have been living in a giant mess for a month. TNT Cleaning is very unprofessional with terrible customer service. This was not the case with Full Nest Remodel and Repair. The estimates I had received for a very small, 40 sq foot bathroom floor repair/install were exorbitant. I kept looking and found Full Nest. Matt was courteous and communicative through the whole process of selecting the materials needed to the day of the install. He fulfilled my request of sending me videos of the project in progress, narrating the process so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Once the damaged flooring was removed, it was revealed that the joists needed to be reinforced before installing the new subfloor. Matt did not cut corners in order to finish the job in the usual 8 hour day by ignoring this fact and installing the new floor anyway without shoring up the joists. Instead, he worked well into the evening so that when he left the family of three had a functioning bathroom. (It's the only bathroom in the 800 sq. foot house.) He returned the next day to do the finishing work of replacing the baseboards. The best part about working with Matt was seeing his integrity in action. Even though the job took longer than anticipated, Matt never approached me saying I will need to pay more than the agreed amount in order for him to complete it. And, best of all, he went above and beyond by making sure the young family had a working bathroom for the night.
