They didn't try to rush you through your sessions and would adjust your program to address any new concerns related to your therapy. I have been going to this physical therapy location for over a month now and I can only say great…read morethings. All the PT's I have worked with have been exceptional-they are caring, polite, kind and very knowledgable. They always check-in to see how the therapy is going and what can be improved/changed and they are all very patient and willing to answer questions and help guide the session. The office staff as well is exceptional, from the PT aide's to the front desk support everyone is friendly and welcoming even when they are busy and the phones are ringing and multiple arrive for their session. The office is very clean and there is rarely a wait when I come for my scheduled appointment time, they are almost always on schedule. I have been to other physical therapy practices over the years and I found this one superior--also they accept many insurances which has made things much easier financially as well. They seem to treat a wide range of ailments--my situation dealing with contact and painful headaches was a bit unique but they have three therapists who are trained in headache management and I have had the opportunity to meet with all three of them on different dates. Annmarie and both Steven's are fantastic. I have finally started to get some relief for these debilitating headaches!

My problem was probably the result of an injury even the doctors couldn't fully identify. But Jim managed to zone in on my problem and get be back to where I could run again. Something I never thought would happen. He was patient, watched carefully to see what worked (and what didn't), gave me home exercises and loads of incentive. However, when I showed up for the second session, the receptionist, Angelica, informed me that the session had been cancelled and the PT was not in the office. I had taken off work and moved an important meeting to show up, so the fact that no one called or texted me was extremely inconvenient. The receptionist, Angelica, showed absolutely no emotion or concern; she didn't make any eye contact with me and behaved in a bizarre and robotic way, just clicking on the computer without acknowledging me at all; there was a total lack of any kind of social ability. While it's highly possible she is neurodivergent (in which case her behavior makes sense) this is a business, and if someone at a business makes a mistake, the mistake should be acknowledged and the inconvenience to the customer should be remedied. This modern-looking facility is large and has everything- and I mean every equipment for rehabilitation, injury, management, etc. to restore physical function. But you have to do your work at home too- just don't rely on coming here and call it a day. And that's how it happened when I began with SportsCare in January to strengthen my knee. From the front desk to PT assistants(?)- everyone has been helpful- but I need to give Abey 'Ebby' Oommen- my therapist a shout-out for providing personalized care using a variety of techniques to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function on my left knee and achieve my goals. He also taught me how to avoid further damage on my knee tear so that I can achieve even more health benefits leading up to my surgery that I had in late June. Currently, Ebby is the man of the hour. Heck, he's always been since starting with him in Jan. '23. He's professional, super friendly, chill, caring and truly listens to you, your pains and gains. I mean the guy gives you results and instant relief. Again, you have to do your part as well. My very first PT visit post-surgery with Ebby was something I was looking forward to. Even though my foot walking position was off, he was astute and corrected that ASAP. I still have ways to go but what I also know is- he stays up to date on exercises and stretches that will benefit me and always uses best practices.
