The cleaner that came was very polite and worked really hard to sanitize and deep clean my tub/shower specifically (I moved in to a condo and wanted a deep cleaning of those two spots specifically because I had already cleaned everything prior to me moving in. She did a wonderful job but I did find a few spots in shower (the tracking and the top) that were missed. I cleaned them after no biggie. She cleaned the rest of the condo well as much as she could (I still have boxes and bins all over Lol) but took a little longer than I thought she would. Again, not a big deal. I suggested that she get a wagon or cart for next time because she was carrying all of her items and couldn't take out all of my trash. Overall, I would hire someone from Maid to Glow again.

Some of the shorter baseboards weren't wiped down and other could have been wiped down better. Doors weren't wiped. Areas around light switches could've been wiped around better and they don't seem to wipe out cabinets or drawers with the clean. Altogether not bad but I don't feel that it was worth 380$.

I still have yet to hear anything. Today I did a new search and was actually able to find a new YP and Yelp page for them with a phone number this time. I had to leave a message because apparently they don't take calls at 9:30am. If I don't get a call back from them in two days, I am contacting Locally for a refund. And they will have earned the 1 star. I hope they call me back and I can upgrade their star ranking soon! For now, i would recommend to not buy from Locally or buying any package from this company. I cannot give a star because I never spoke with anyone from this business despite my numerous messages. I especially dislike leaving poor ratings for small businesses because I am an entrepreneur as well. However, because we are small businesses our customer service skills should be outstanding.
