These guys were great. I have nothing but great things to say about the team I had helping me move…read moreyesterday. They were no nonsense, professional, and very efficient. It was a difficult job, with one large, heavy, complicated bookcase that had to get disassembled, moved and reassembled. They knocked it out like absolute pros. I also had an extra large sofa that almost didn't make it through the door.. they never gave up and ultimately got it inside using top notch problem solving skills. Did my freshly painted wall and ceiling get a little scuffed up? Yes, but something is always going to get a little banged up during a move, that's just reality. A small price to pay for overall excellence, and I'll be able to touch up the paint myself easily enough. Best moving experience I've ever had. These guys are great. 100% recommended. Thanks again!

David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. They were transparent with everything and took great care of me. I will happily hire them again whenever I need labor, junk removal, or moving services.

I would give zero stars, if allowed. We have used them 3 times previous and were so pleased. So…read morewhen my disabled parents needed to move they were the first movers we thought of. Big mistake. We hired them to pack and move my parents. The packers showed up on July 29th, worked 3.5 hours but didn't finish, said they were done and ask us to pay. We paid $952 which included our $300 deposit. We realized after they left that they had missed the entire master closet and several other things. I called the office and told them the problem and was told that the movers who were scheduled on July 31 would bring boxes and finish packing before the move. The movers showed up on the 31st and did some packing and moving, took 8.5 hours but didn't finish the move or the packing. We called the office again and was told we would be contacted by Carlos. Carlos called and apologized and wanted to know when we needed to be out. I told him not for a week but I wanted this move finished ASAP. He told me they would come out on the 1st of August and finish the move. Two gentlemen came out on the 1st and they were working very slowly, Carlos came out a couple of hours later and they really got to working then. They would move and pack a few items and then close a door to a room as if to say it was finished, we would go in that room and find other items that had to be moved. This day it took about 4 hours. Please keep in mind this was moving from a two bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment with no stairs involved. At the end of the move we got an invoice for just over $2000. We had already paid over $900 on the day of the packing. This $2000 invoice didn't include the $300 deposit we paid when we booked the move. I told Carlos I didn't agree with that invoice because the fact the movers took so long was on them for not finishing the move on day one. The fact that the movers had to finish to packing was on them, also. He promised that he would redo the numbers and get back with me by the end of the day before he ran my card. He did not get back with me and ran the card on Aug. 3 for the full amount. I called to complain and Carlos told me that he was going to meet with someone about this and get back with me by the end of the day which he didn't. He also ask me to send him pictures of the 9 broken items which we sent. We gave him two days and never heard from him again so we reached back out the office and spoke with the manager named Cameron. I explained everything to him and he assured me that he would look into if and asked if I would send the damage photos to him. This was on Friday, I did that right away. Cameron said he would get back to me by end of day next Wednesday. Cameron emailed me on Monday asking me to email those pictures which I already did. I resent the pictures and even included my email trail so he could see I had sent them already. Cameron got back to me late Wednesday and offered $265 refund and this included the cost of the 9 damaged items, remember they packed and moved these items. So the total for our pack and move was $3200. This was for a 2br to a 2br apartment. We will never use this company again. Look for this review every place I can find to leave it. Oh and btw our move estimate was $1000-$1449.

It's a shame there are no negative stars to choose from. Two Men and a Truck tossed our belongings…read morearound like it was garbage. Broken items, everything was carried upside down, and shear laziness would be the best way to describe the disaster that was our move. We paid for full coverage on our belongings and are in the long, slow process of getting repaid for the ruined furniture. We used Two Men and A Truck, Acworth, when we moved two years ago. They were so terrific that I had no fear of hiring them again. Carlos and his crew had to return the day after our move because of the multiple mistakes made by a crew with the worst supervisor in the moving business. Carlos promised to make it right. He then charged us a ridiculous amount for the return visit even though his company was at fault. I would never advise anyone to use Two Men and A Truck for moving services unless I really didn't like the person asking for a recommendation from me.
