Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

They were quick, figured out how to make the tight spaces work, and were super patient the whole time. Nothing got messed up or damaged, not one thing. I hired these guys to come back using my own supplies and it was great! 4 guys packed it up in about a day for the move the following day. It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. There were a few wall scratches and they made an extra trip back to grab some large doll houses we had so that was nice of them. 5 star review but for the wall scratches, I wiould still highly recommend these guys for your move.

They broke numerous boxes of dishes, glasses, lamps, and an antique globe. They scratched my hardwood floors in the new house and put scrapes and dents in the walls and doors. I paid for insurance just in case things were broken and when I reached out to the company asking how to get reimbursed for the items that were broken, floors that were scratched, and walls that were damaged I was met with silence. No response. I had three trucks and nine guys, and half the guys looked they were in high-school and one of their trucks broke down in my driveway. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do no use them.

From the moment the movers arrived, everything went downhill. To start, they showed up 45 minutes late--and when they finally pulled up, the truck had a ginormous hole in it. No blankets, no dollies, no tape--nothing. I'm not sure how any company considers that remotely acceptable when you're handling people's belongings. Then came the most unprofessional part of all. Jeff called the movers and told them to stop my move because he wasn't satisfied with how much money he was going to get paid--even though he is the one who quoted me that price in the first place. It felt shady, disorganized, and honestly unbelievable. On top of that, the movers themselves were extremely unprofessional in their attitude and approach. The entire experience was stressful, chaotic, and handled with zero care or accountability. If you're thinking about using this company, think again and hire someone else who is actually professional, prepared, and respectful. And one more thing: if you look at Yelp, you'll notice that in review after review, the owner Jeff responds by gaslighting customers and retaliating, leaving "feedback" that doesn't match what actually happened. It wasn't even covered in the move with plastic to protect it. They lost the handles for my refrigerator as well. Now I have to pay to have the dents and handles replaced. The manager at the storage unit where they took my things called me and told me they were drunk and broke his main gate because they were so drunk they couldn't find the code. Called how money for each step. Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want broken and damaged items and being harassed daily for money.
