My car sat on their lot for three days with no updates. When they finally called, I paid nearly $1,000 and went to pick it up--only to realize they had left my doors unlocked the entire time. Because of that negligence, someone went into my car and stole everything inside. To make matters worse, I was told that none of the cameras on their lot were working, which is unacceptable for a business that keeps customers' vehicles overnight. After everything that happened, they only reimbursed me $40, which doesn't even begin to cover what was taken or the stress caused. Since then, I've spoken with several people around town and learned that this isn't an isolated incident. Hearing that others have had similar issues with care and security only makes this situation more frustrating. To top it all off, my check engine light came back on just one week after the inspection, which seriously makes me question the quality and reliability of the work performed. I immediately pulled in, Dan, the service manager, was very prompt and came out in 90° weather and checked my tire pressure. He then took my car in and found out that I had a nail in my tire. He immediately fixed it for me, and barely charged me anything. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his help and kindness. I would highly recommend. While I sat and waited for him to fix my tire, the staff was friendly and attentive.
