Big FCP fan for my Porsche and our 5 other cars since October 2021. Prices are reasonable (albeit, and half the time, 20% higher -- lifetime warranty is their main differentiator... OK, OK). Great customer service, shop manuals, and order support. My only gripes are shipping times and excess packaging. 12 days to deliver 4 orders placed on April 10. 9 different shipments. would love for each shipment to be added to an existing order and/or delivered all at once. intercepting 9 different shipments across multiple days is a bit of chore. That and consolidating 9 boxes into 4 means excess packaging and additional sorting. The new west coast facility has helped. Some orders are fast and well packed, others are slow like these 4. I ordered from FCP because they offers expedited shipping at reasonable cost, however when my order was shipped, I found out that it was shipped with ground instead, I guess sending a 15lb CV shaft via next day air across the country is not profitable for them. So my part didn't arrive until 6 days later than original promised while my car sits idle. And when it finally arrived, I got an open-box part manufactured 22 months ago which I paid full, new price for. Fluids like oil are included in the free replacement policy. Don't know how they do it but it's incredible value.
