I first went to Hugo over 20 years ago before we both had grey hair. I brought my First Kawasaki…read moreconcours there for a valve adjustment. The work was done great the price was good. He his very knowledgeable and I trust his advise and opinion. I'm glad I found this shop so many years ago. $ reasons forced me to do most of my repairs myself for along while but now that the $ situation is better I'm happy to be bringing my 5th Concours with only 9500 miles on it. I've seen how other shops operate before I found T&H your in good hands at T&H so leave your worrys behind. I've been riding over 40 years I don't give reviews easy.

horrible experience, had left my 01harley in the shop with these guys for about 4-5 months to have…read moremy 5speed transmission replaced for my 3rd gear only and i've let this slide but i felt i need to get this off my chest, i kept having to call after countless weeks would pass by and no update on my rebuild or current standing of my bike. I was told countless times "we're working on it right now ", and realized my bike wasn't and sat there, even drove by once and saw it sitting outside in sittin in the sun dusty untouched. For almost HALF A YEAR? and if that wasn't enough, THE CHERRY ON TOP was when getting my original keys i left with hugo back.. it took my days until i REALIZED that my Keychain Tag Was Stolen, i've had it since 2002 and it was a Yellow KROQ GODSMACK KEYCHAIN tag and i've let this thing go up until this point, this is something i've held a grudge with these guys and THEY know who they are and still has what belongs to ME. It was very petty and sneaky but that's my fault i didn't say something sooner. Average shop, shady work/workers forSURE. I wouldn't plan on doing above average service repair/ rebuild here if you had to.

The price he quoted me was a great price. But this is a like mom and pop shop. The community shop. I met with Sean the service took less than an hour. They offer me water or soda which I thought was a nice jester. I said no thanks since I brought my own water and snacks. He check my air pressure and straighten my mirror. That' was for free that is what I am talking about. It's the small gestures that make a place stand out for. Come to find out 2 brothers Sean and Shane. This is my new shop like I said great prices. Close to where I leave if I need anything done on the bike. This is my only spot I am taking my bike. Talk with any one of them they will take care of you and once again they will beat the bigger dealerships prices. It's worth the ride for price. I use to ride to wheels n motion in chatsworth not any more. They earn my business and I be telling all my friends and anyone I meet from now on this is the spot to go to in the valley. I ride a yam tracer 9 GT. It's a small shop but great service and prices my kind of shop. Check them out if in area or just want good prices and service I am telling you this will become your shop. Plus let's keep the community shop alive and striving. Everyone keep the rubber side up. Stay alert and be safe!

DO NOT TRUST ALVIN, He will take parts from your bike reuse them on other bikes, lose important…read moreparts, or swap them with old and worn ones. Upcharge you for repairs He does not do or half asses. Below is proof verified by a trusted reputable mechanic. Had a few repairs done at this shop after getting rear ended and spent close to $2000 in repairs and parts. Alvin was the main contact and the mechanic who worked on the bike. He replaced the handlebars, rear fender, did a valve adjustment, checked compression, front break cylinder, break pedal, and etc. I when I picked up the bike the first time break cylinder was not installed properly leaking breaking fluid. There was/is a piece of metal rolling around inside the handlebars - that of which he did not remedy, I figured it's so minor compared to the major repairs I won't make a deal out of it. When he installed the rear fender, the sissy bar and small compartment was misaligned/fender was crooked- preventing the compartment from closing. He informed me that I needed a new stator and rectifier along with a gasket. When I picked up the bike after he said it was done, the bike was Leaking oil, the gear shifter was not connected, there was a missing alem screw, a part on the bike was not tightened, and a he had lost a bolt....and the bike was revving at 2000rpm. I had to bring back the bike for him to fix the oil leak and other issues he caused. I've been patient and respectful with him. When seeing that the bike was not put together after telling me it was good to go - he made comments about how it was not his fault. What the hell am I paying you for?! You're not even getting the parts. When I picked it up again (3rd time) the bike was idling lower than 1000rpm, still leaking oil and white smoke coming out of the exhaust on start up. I asked him to fix the oil leak since it was still leaking & adjust the idle properly and he said he would fix it if I would buy another part- pickup coil (that I had just had him installed) and would charge me labor. As it was a faulty pickup coil- which was new. I told him I already paid him for the work to be done and won't be paying for the issues he caused. Important- I tried to contact him multiple times through text and call, and have not heard back from him. The last I heard he indicated he was not making enough money at the shop to get by and is becoming a truck driver. Took the bike to another trusted and reliable shop further from me who informed me that the pickup coil was installed incorrectly causing the oil leak, there was no valve adjustment done. The mechanic also informed me that he had upcharged me for simple repairs that clearly was not done. The bike was loosing power has a ticking noise and other issues. A technician informed me that: pulse coil was twisted together and wrapped in electrical tape (per the pics) and not soldered! The plug under the side cover was broken and loose behind the out cap (picture). I had put in 2 iridium spark plugs and was informed there was 1 iridium and 1 old bpr70s spark plug- to make things worse Alvin took one of my new spark plugs and swapped it out with a crap one. The amount of money I paid does not warrant this crap job! And the audacity to lie to my face about the repairs he did. This is by far the worst mechanic I have been to, dishonest, does not admit his faults and is clearly not knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. If you've read this entire review I hope that these issues do not happen to you. Do not trust Alvin. And make sure that your bike is 100% when picking it up.
