Communication is great, and I love that they used modern tech to help me get the full picture of the bike, even though I couldn't inspect it in person (videos, detailed Google Docs writeup with photos). Jarred is an honest expert who does it right. Heartily recommended!

From the moment I walked in until the second I got my bike work done, they communicated with me, kept me posted, and helped me choose the right modifications for my needs. This isn't your typical corner sport bike shop that charges you little for subpar work. If you want premium work done on your ride, you need to pay premium for it, and that's exactly what Motorsport Exotica is about. Tanner was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and working with my schedule. I felt so welcomed and the shop is absolutely amazing. The beautiful rides and awesome vibe make it a great place to be. I also got to meet all the employees who do the actual work, and I was stunned by their originality and talent. The employees in the back working on the bikes were truly exceptional. I highly recommend Motorsport Exotica for all your sport bike needs. Oh, and I almost forgot: if you call and they don't answer, they'll call you right back. Who does that these days?

I met Tyler over at Hollywood Electrics when he was working on my new (back then) 2018 Zero DSR…read more That bike has about 60k miles on it now...and that's a credit to him! He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

I've known Tyler from Hollywood Electrics days and followed him to two other locations to work on…read moremy bike. In the last couple of months, the battery cells on my Zero motorcycle became too unbalanced and Tyler said he had a healthy (used) battery he was looking to sell. The front wheel of my Zero had also been making noises, so I refrained from riding it for several months while I proactively saved pennies on the dollar to afford to replace the battery and fix the front wheel. I do not own any other vehicle except this motorcycle. I finally took it in to Tyler and explicitly told him to look at the front wheel. He said it was "probably just age". I paid $400 up front so he could buy a part to retrofit the used battery to my bike model and an additional $2300 for the battery & labor. While picking up the bike, he made no mention of the front wheel. Exactly two weeks later with minimal rides, the front wheel gave out while on the freeway. Turns out the bearings needed to be replaced and had Tyler looked closely at the front wheel instead of just a standard test ride (which would have been done regardless), the problem would have been resolved before it got worse. In fact, he tried to justify his expertise by stating that I had only requested a bearings replacement on the rear wheel several months before. The front wheel got severely damaged from worn out bearings and front wheels are not available except on the used market. Luckily I did not get hurt. I'm out $2700 and my bike is effectively only good for parts or the scrapyard. While Tyler had allowed my bike to stay at his shop awaiting a potential replacement wheel, he would have charged $200 to transport it back to me, in addition to the $160 I paid AAA to tow it to him, so I'd be out an additional $360, over $3000 total. I trusted Tyler's expertise and now I have no motorcycle. He's been reliable in the past but this negligence & lack of properly diagnosing the issue was not only disappointing but he has shown zero accountability and would not recommend him or Motor Werks.

Not only did he fix everything perfectly, but he also took the time to walk me through what he was doing and actually taught me a few things about my scooter. That alone shows how much he cares. He wasn't just trying to get in and out. He made sure I understood the bike and felt confident. On top of that, he's super friendly and easy to talk to. He went over safety tips with me, reassured me about everything, and made the whole experience stress-free. Honestly, 5 star service all the way. If you need scooter work done, I highly recommend Tony.

My regular Vespa mechanic was not available and I lucked out by finding Tony and his mobile…read moreservice. I needed a new fuel line and an oil change, which were done quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to check other critical components that would improve the performance of my bike and increase its longevity. Tony even fixed the pesky mirror that I have had to tighten umpteen times over the last few months. While the work was being done over the course of 1.5 hours, I got a valuable education on all things Vespa, most of which I had not heard before. Tony is reliable, on-time, professional, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable given that he grew up riding and working on bikes. While other mechanics I have worked with charge a little bit less, Tony delivers a lot of value at a fair price and you feel like you have a reliable and honest mechanic for life no matter what issue arises. I will be reaching out to him again for all of my Vespa's maintenance and repair needs. Highly recommended.
