I'm glad I found this shop so many years ago. $ reasons forced me to do most of my repairs myself for along while but now that the $ situation is better I'm happy to be bringing my 5th Concours with only 9500 miles on it. Man. There is not much else I can say but Hugo is the man. I took my bike here with a few issues regarding some stripped bolts and screws. I spent days myself trying to get them out with no luck and eventually just decided to find a professional to do it. I went here and Hugo was communicative on the phone prior to arriving and remembered me once I got there. He was honest, upfront about the complications that could arrive and the expected time it would take. He expected the installing of additional parts and repairs to take a day. I figured that was reasonable and expected the same, considering I went there at almost 1 PM. He called me up a couple hours later and stated he had got everything squared away and fixed. I couldn't have been happier to hear. The bike was dialed in when I got there and there was NO damage on the bike from any of the repairs. LONNNGGG OVERDUE REVIEW THAT I FEEL IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY AT THE VERY LEAST. Do not know where to even start due to the overwhelming fact I honestly can't say a single negative thing in regards to the owner/staff/shop itself, and I'll this review will barley do it justice!!!! TRULY BLESSED to have found a shop with THE MOST HONEST MECHANIC YOU WILL EVER COME ACROSS!!! Started by me calling around for front and rear break pads & install prices 6-7 months ago. He had given me the best quote out of a handful of shops did and mentioned he could take care of it that same day If I wasn't too late!! So immediately came here to T&H Motorcycle Shop and was greeted by the most friendly and straightforward mechanic I didn't even know existed and his name is HUGO..... He called me back very shortly after taking my bike and advised me my pads were still more than adequate around 80% , but would also fulfill my initial request for a brake job if it still wanted (obviously advised against it) hahah.. and that issues I was experiencing was my chain not properly being adjusted (which he did for me) also changed my rear tire as I needed one badly that day as well !! His price was also the best around on the tire as well!!!! ANY OTHER MECHANIC WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY BIKE AND MORE THAN LIKELY EVEN LEFT THE PADS ON THE BIKE CLAIMING THEY CHANGED THEM AND ELIMINATED MY ISSUE AND CHARGED ME UP THE ASS TO TOP IT OFF !!!!! NOT HERE !!! NOT WITH HUGO !!! SINCE THE FRIST VIST WITH HIM I KNEW ID NEVER HAVE TO LOOK AGAIN!!! He's helped me countless times afterwards for tires , parts or what ever it maybe. One occasion didn't have a chain and sprocket "in a particular color scheme being picky me " and he had it ordered and in his shop for me the following day! Dude is always out to help ya out, he gives you an estimate based on what he knows but what people don't understand is that sometimes when you start a job more parts need to be removed to get the job done and at a shop time is money! Not long after picking my bike up from a full tune-up and check-up, it completely died on my while I was on the freeway. I was not able to prevent the wobble from taking me down at that speed. . Took my atv for a full carb rebuild. I arrive they charge me more from the price they stated from the start. They got it running but after I took it home a couple days later it starts leaking from over flow. It never stops it always leaks.. I called them and they said bring it over and we'll check it out but they will charge a fee. Stay away. read more

I have used them one time, Have them installed my foot pegs! I called them before coming in and find out it was a lot cheaper than the dealership, So he said the will be $80 the Harley Dealer wants 120! When I come in for the service and have them installed it, He said that Oh! We have to remove the exhaust because it was a after market! So I told them it was a Vance and Hines slip on! It the same size like the stock! And it was design perfect for this bike! The only differences is the sound and looks! And he said we have to remove it so He has to charge me $ 130 So I decided to do it. Since I was there and I get up early to be the first! But overall not happy with the service! They don't even wipe out the dirt that they put on my exhaust! Because it will damaged the finish of the paint especially oil! read more

They wanted to charge me $260 for an electrical diagnosis. Not a repair but a disgnosis. They said it would take 4 hours. 4 hours must be their magic number because they also told me it would take them 4 hours to install an electronic ignition, which I installed with nothing but a screwdriver in 20 minutes. read more

I was in a tough spot on Monday my chain snapped on the highway and I had to walk my bike off the highway park it and find a new chain quick. I went to another shop that gave me the wrong size. I looked up on yelp and found this shop only a few miles away. I spoke with them over the phone and not only did they give me the right size chain but it was at a better price with a clip master link that I wanted. I would avoid these thieves. I took my bike in almost a couple months ago and as it turns out they switched out my speedometer cable for a shorter broken one. I only discovered this as my speedo stopped working and lo and behold the cable mount is busted. When I tried to try and fix the problem I saw that its much, much shorter than when I first bought the bike, it was installed at such an extreme angle that its a wonder that it lasted as long as it did. If you're still thinking about going here, I'd suggest taking pictures of every nook and cranny of your bike. Take inventory of everything cause these assholes steal. I'm not the first one they've done this to when I asked around. Other problems include installing my chain way too tight and improper front end balance. These idiots are a joke. I chose T and H Motorcycle shop after seeing how great they treat their customers! I had a bike that had been in an accident and needed repairing and I called around for a local shop that could do the work within the next day or two. They picked up my bike from my house within the hour for a low towing cost and got right to work on it. Every step of the way they called me to let me know about any changes, updates, and for permission for parts purchasing. The whole thing would have taken them 2 days or less if it wasnt for parts I decided to buy and had to wait for the shipping. They had my bike up and running right away. The most important part of it all to me was the customer service that they provide excellently along with their great labor.
