Highly recommend to any family friend really good work they do. I really appreciate it. I seem to have a large screw in my tire. They seem to repair it very well and fast. Now I can go for several miles again on my 2005 wr450

Jason and his crew are absolutely amazing! Always fair, generous even. I never feel like I'm buying from a business. I feel like I'm buying from a friend. They are always looking out for what is best for me as a customer, even if it means less of a sale on their end. I can't say enough good things about TRE.

They have a great sales, parts and service team and popping into the shop always puts a smile on my face. The sales floor has amazing deals on gorgeous, new Suzukis, Yamahas and Triumphs. I always have to keep my wallet in check when I walk through to get to the parts department. The parts department has most of what I need when I'm wrenching away on my bikes or when I have to replace riding gear. Great selection at great prices. Gary is my man! He'll take care of you and help you find what you need. The service department is honest and fair priced! This is important these days. I've been to many shops that will overcharge you or steer you wrong. Go see Chris. He'll get your bike diagnosed and running the way it should, without you spending more than you need to. Thanks Simi Valley Cycles!

It seems like they were fuel starved and I suspected the mechanic had somehow shut off fuel supply during services and didn't restart. I called Chris at Simi service,, he took the time to help. looked up error codes, then spoke to mechanic. Turns out I was using wrong key fob on ea ski, had no idea they the wrong fob would crank the ski, but not start. I appreciate the time this shop gave me, they could have easily just said "bring them in." but Chris was patient and made a real effort to help in a situation where I was clearly frustrated.

I had decided to get a starter bike, since I am just getting going again and did not want to drop $20,000.00 on a bike just yet (I have a teenager...they're expensive!). I was greeted by Hector, who was super friendly and accommodating and he showed me around the showroom. After looking at some bikes, I decided the CF-Moto 450SS would be a great starter, which I could eventually give to my son when I decide to upgrade. Hector was extremely helpful and Knowledgeable and made the process easy. His easygoing personality worked perfectly with me, because that is how I am. With his help I got through the application process, but I had to leave due to a prior appointment, with the promise of coming back the next day. The morning of the next day I received a follow-up call from the manager Kevin. Kevin and I hit it off right away, because we both love dogs and other animals (I work in dog rescue) and he had a great, friendly personality. It was nice not having to chase after someone to take my money (I'm looking at you Magnum). I set up an appointment with him for the next day to sign the deal. Kevin and Hector made the process completely painless and like I said, I cannot recommend them more, great crew at Tri-County Powersports! Thank you Hector and Kevin, you guys rock!

STAY AWAY! Stupid sales staff. We drove all the way (97…read moremiles) from SW Riverside county to buy a used 2025 ninja and she waited till we got there to mention we couldn't take a test drive on the used vehicle. We had been in contact with this dealer for over a month AND called b4 we went down there. What an azz. She wasted at least 4 hrs of our time plus fuel. Jus warning others, she mumbled something her not knowing about no test drives until just at that moment and needing an appt and liability paperwork and that person was not there on Sundays. We asked if there was ANYTHING she could do and she just mumbled no. We drove 2 hrs each way and they never said a thing b4 hand about no test drives! What? She think we going to buy a used bike for cash and NOT take test drive? She is even dumber than I thought. Only 2 other customers on a summer sunday afternoon and other dealers being closed? They all must b that stupid. I'm surprised they sell anything at all And we were looking a Rebel 1000 too.We walked out and won't go back.

BEWARE EVERYONE OF THIS SHOP. County Line Cycles. Alright…read moreboys.... LISTEN UP. Especially Arman. Mike here again. Went to court yesterday..4/30/10. natch. Arman was a no show. So, judgments WON! I'd be celebrating, but for now that don't mean nuthin. Only now the Law in Ventura County says he has to pay me. $9000. Which ain't all he owes me either. And, I'm comin for it. Next step, I'll have to drag him into court for an asset disclosure. More on that later. I say, all you boys who got burned by him, let's unite. my email is mikewitt@yahoo.com and I'll volunteer to head up the class action. We can really push this you know. We can eventually get him behind bars, close him down, and have judgment on his Corp. and personal assets. I'm for making him as miserable as possible. He's got no right to steal our doe. Steal is the word too. Intentional and premeditated, the sign of a RAT. Meanwhile, before this whole thing started with him I had cash and a Hot Rod Chevy, now my rod is gone and I have less cash than I started with. Arman stole it. He lied and cheated me. Meanwhile my brothers... you need good honest motorcycle service... check out Comanche Customs in Moorpark. Straight up people who honestly know how to repair bikes, not parts changers. I'll put the stamp of approval on Joe and his crew.

I met Arman Gevorkian owner of County Line Cycles in Simi Valley, CA in 2004 & became "friends"…read more Before moving to FL in Nov. 2005, Arman made me a business offer. Having just sold my Thousand Oaks home & Mammoth Lakes Condo I had cash to invest. I gave him $75K for the purchase of 15 motorcycles that were to be new from a manufacturer going to have a pending bankruptcy and looking to liquidate before filing. It looked like the bikes could be easily sold for twice that amount and I thought I might get another bike or two for myself as well. Arman said it would take a few months which was okay with me. I then moved to Florida stayed in contact and thought all was okay. After 6 months of questioning. He said the broker he gave the money to "disappeared with the cash". The broker was supposedly here on the East Coast so I asked for his name and contact info to go after him for the both of us from here in Florida. He never gave me a name, not even a fake name. He assured me to not worry as he would make good on me getting back my original investment of $ 75 K. I am still out $20 K and Arman is refusing to pay. I am not the only one to have been scammed, there are at least 10 of us with different scams he has used. I encourage any victims to band together and let all the riders and future potential victims know the truth. Do the research, save a biker or friend. Google "County Line Cycle Reviews". Then go to www.ventura.courts.ca.gov/venturaMasterFrames18.htm - type in his corporate name AGP and see the list of civil suits that have been filed. BE-AWARE Save a friend or fellow biker
