I took my bike in for a carb asjustment, the bike still didn't idle when I got it back, and my headlight didn't work when I got it back, and I brought it in with the headlight fully working. And they admitted they touched something with the headlight and said they wanted another 300$ to fix the headlight (that they broke) and they already charged me 300$ and didn't fix the original issue.... waste of time money and gas not coming back read more

Starting with this disclaimer; I have no affiliation with this business, nor do I know the owner personally or have ever done business with. This is a response to the recent review regarding this guy who thinks he's a youtuber and goes to different businesses looking to start trouble. He will stand outside a business for hours filming and try to get a reaction, then victimize himself when confronted. Then he goes on an online tirade trying to ruin different businesses. I think its a despicable practice for someone who has nothing better to do than to try to get a rise out of different businesses for the views. 5 Stars for this shop. They know what they are doing and have a great turn around time on service. For being a small shop, they have a nice selection of parts, accessories and gear. The staff is knowledgable and they are willing to speak to you about potential fixes and issues without being greedy with their knowledge. In short, they build customers and relationships. I have been going to this shop since 2006. The shop has always been great until they moved across town by the ice rink. I called July 7th 2020, for service and upgrades to my bike which would have totally around $3k but i needed my motor gone through and a leak fixed before i pulled the trigger on the upgrades. When i called i was told 1 week until i get a phone call. I waited 3 weeks and called again figuring they were busy, or maybe lost my number. They were aware of my situation and had notes on it and told me another week. 2 more weeks went by and called again and same thing however they told me they had another bike just like mine with the same issue and once it is out they would call me in a week. Well it is now 9/14/20 and after patiently waiting i will have to take my bike to another shop in town that i have patronized many times in the past as well. I really dont write bad reviews and it pains me to do this to a local shop that i love, but if they didnt want to work on my bike or if they were to busy they could have told me that and i would have waited my turn. I was not in a rush and i did not act rude or impatient any of the times i contacted them for this service. The guys working here are great and do great work. I know its that time of year where everyone is getting ready for the season, but the lack of customer service in this situation has driven me to look elsewhere. Im sorry guys. I appreciate you all and what you have done for me in the past. read more

This is the only shop I trust with my bikes. I had them adjust the valves on my WR450 and they found some other internal issues. I had them fix it, cause why not. Without me asking or inquiring, I received about 20 pictures of what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. And for a very fair price (I've seen guys pay more to have a carb cleaned). I highly recommend these guys, for all things moto. read more
