THIS COMPANY PAYS GOOGLE TO BURY NEGATIVE REVIEWS OR DELETES THEM ALTOGETHER. THIS IS WHAT I LEFT ON THEIR PAGE BUT I COULD ONLY.LOCATE IT THROUGH MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT. Worst experience ever. So let me start at the beginning. I needed a newer car because my son was killed 370 miles away 11/15/2020 and I needed to be able to attend upcoming court dates. So 8/16/21 I went to this location, I still have the business card. As a condition of buying it they said they would have THEIR mechanics fix the head liner. I asked flat out if this car was in an accident or impounded because the headliner was cut like a cop would in a t shape. Also found that same cut on thr floor board under the passenger seat. He says and i quote "car has never been in an accident" We test drove it and it was fine. Got it almost home, 8 minutes away, the car over heated and the sensors didn't even go off. I saw the smoke. They had it towed to THEIR mechanic and fixed whatever that issue was. Then their was the evap sensor, also their was a misfire in cylinder 2 but they kept resetting the engine light till I got home, it would go off again. So Back to the shop, again. EACH TIME WE DROPPED IT OFF, we mentioned a grinding in the front end everytime I turned. After FAR TOO MANY calls to the shop, calls to Chris and Dakota, it never got fixed.. their mechanics swore nothing was wrong with the wheel and supposedly they ordered the wrong headliner 5 TIMES. HOW DO YOU ORDER THE WRONG PART 5 TIMES? So eventually we gave up because they denied any issues and Obviously it was never getting fixed. Took it else where to find out there was a collision of some sort which I had not been in an accident, causing the bumper to rub against the wheel and the grinding was from the struts and roters being warped.After it was pointed out we could see the bumper was not put together properly as it was not sitting properly and needs to go to a collision shop. (Also found a piece of glass from either the windshield or passenger window that must have been missed by whoever fixed it. Real nice for a car that had "not been in an accident". I could not afford to take it anywhere else because of monthly traveling and other bills and also considering I JUST BURIED A CHILD and only wanted a reliable car to get me back and fourth. Obviously I could not use the car I bought to drive there so I had to use my bfs truck and he uses mine. I work hard for the money I have, im in IT, im not a mechanic but i know when there is an issue. So I trusted the wrong people. They just wanted to sell a car and didn't gaf about anything but selling that car. I was in a bind and needed something fast. These guys are slimey and only care about a sale. They break promises and lie and I don't have the money to fix any of this for months to come. SO PLEASE PLEASE RETHINK THIS COMPANY BEFORE BUYING A MONEY PIT OF A VEHICLE..PICTURES BELOW. read more

I was paying cash without financing, so I had some leverage over what others have posted on here about approval for a loan/bad credit. Brandon was professional and polite. Usual sales tactic of putting my daughter into a car without giving me the exact price, only that we were in the ballpark of our budget. Not caught off guard by it, I was expecting some sales tactics while there. Discovered that they receive cars off of auction, not surprised, but this does tell me that they don't know the vehicle that they're selling. After test driving the car, discovered that there was a major oil leak that I could not see the source of the leak. Passed on the car and purchased elsewhere. No biggie, it happens. The reason I'm giving them a 3/5 stars is that the interior was very dirty. I don't mind the sales techniques, the fact that the car had a flaw that I passed on, it's part of the process of buying a used car. But professionally speaking, if I'm dropping thousands down, at least detail the car. To give a visual, there was coins infused within a cup holder with some sort of pop/soda. I looks like it was vacuumed, an air freshener installed to cover up the cigarette smell, windows cleaned. Had the car been detailed with care, I may have went the extra step to have the car inspected to find the source of the oil leak. read more

Right Way is a tiny used car lot in front of a massive Hebrew cemetery. I have absolutely no idea why that is funny to me, other than used car lots don't belong in cemeteries! When I was hunting for my most recent vehicle, I knew exactly what I wanted: sub-model, year, mileage, and even color. With this in mind, I checked every lot I could think of looking for a Pontiac Grand Prix. I went here hoping they had one, and they did. Only problem was that it had too high of mileage and an expensive price tag to boot. I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere with 30K miles for about $8000, where Right Way wanted to charge $11000 firm for a car with 70K miles. That's a big difference. Given that their lot is small - maybe 25 cars in it - you may want to make a couple other stops if you're in the market for used cars. You probably won't spend too much time at this lot. read more

So I got suckered into getting a car here little over a year ago. It was a 2006 stratus, was told all was well. Wrong! Within a year I had to replace the alternator, exhaust fell off, rear brakes blew up twice (never had that happen before), upper ball joints in the front, lower ball joint and a tie rod in the front too. Rear ball joints need to be done, camshaft sensor went. They want you to take all of your repairs to a place that only offers a 6 month warranty on their work, including brakes! When I went in to explain all the issues, all I got was "sucks to be you as it's not our problem." I would NEVER had gone there if I knew of this crap! Avoid it like the plague! They were no help at all for anything! read more

We have purchased two vehicles from this location. Although we have been working on our credit, it is still less than desirable. Hence the reason for reluctantly stopping in our first time. We have since returned to purchase yet another vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about their salesman, Jason. He was very helpful and frank with regards to financing and credit, etc. He made the entire car purchasing process seamless from start to finish. Should we ever be in the market (not for a few years :) ) for another vehicle we will certainly return to this location. Side note: They have moved to a bigger location a little north, no need to worry about them being in front of a cemetery :) Additionally, the bad reviews on bad cars....they give you the option to test drive any vehicle you'd be qualified for. With any used car dealership, it is probably best to have your mechanic check it out before signing on the dotted line. I was a satisfied RightWay customer for about a week before I started seeing big problems with their service. Rightway is unwilling to assist their customers once they get the signature from them, and this point was proven to me multiple times in my first year of owning a vehicle purchased from them. I purchased my car in December of 2012 from RightWay in Roseville, MI; a 2003 Saturn L200. A week later, I explained to them the remote lock of the L200 was faulty even after replacing the battery. Rightway told me it was my problem and to take care of it myself. Then, my turn signal stalk in my dashboard fried only a few months later and was again informed it's my problem. I was unable to properly test the A/C due to weather conditions when I purchased the vehicle in December. Found out the hard way that the A/C never worked upon purchase, and would need recharging the first summer I used the vehicle. I was advised that this issue was my problem to resolve as well. The supposed 'extended warranty' they talk you into doesn't seem to cover anything that could actually go wrong with the vehicle (my warranty was still technically in effect when multiple repairs needed to be completed, all of which I was forced to pay for out of pocket) and only ultimately served to cost me more money than it was worth. Another problem is that their vehicles are overpriced compared to their competitors - my Saturn L200 from 2003 cost $19,000.00 in 2012 at 90K miles. They begin hounding you with phone calls to get you into a different vehicle after two years of payments. I humored them with a single visit and quickly realized they wanted to sell me more of the same: high-priced, high-mileage vehicles, and so I finally walked away for good. While I understand that part of the L200's costs were due to interest rates on a bad credit score, they were still trying to price-gouge me on cars with the same (or greater) mileage 3 years later, after my credit score had improved by 200-or-so points. In the end, a water leak fried a wiring harness on my vehicle in early 2016, effectively totaling it when I still owed $1,400.00 on the vehicle. Luckily, I was able to roll the remaining debt into the lease of a brand new vehicle from Buff Whelan Chevrolet, a dealer I highly recommend at this time. Summary: I was very lucky to be able to maintain maintenance on my vehicle on top of paying $500.00 a month between insurance and car payments. It was a massive burden on my life for three years to keep this up and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I imagine some people who end up in an accident, or are simply unlucky and wind up buying a car that needs a lot of work end up even worse off than before they had obtained a car from RightWay. RightWay Automotive disguises itself as a compassionate dealership that will get anyone driving, but their ulterior motive in my experience is to prey upon people who are down on their luck and ensure they stay down, so they have to continue buying into RightWay's high-interest car loans. Don't buy a car from Rightway if you can avoid it. Seek a more reputable dealer. read more

When someone tells me that this means nothing at all, and that you will sit there for hours and hours with them trying to get you financed, only to do the same thing every dealer does, tell you to come up with Godless amounts of cash to put down on a car that is taped together, my suggestion is to stay away from this place! Some of us find ourselves in credit problems by no fault of our own, circumstances dictate our lives and our credit gets bashed, what we need is compassion and people willing to go the extra yard to help us. These are not those people. They will not steer you straight, they do not care, and they will leave you hanging if they say they will get in touch with you in a couple of hours. Just look around... I called Kal's Auto Sales in Warren, man, they got me approved with very little down on a better car, in about 25 minutes! No hoops to jump through, no issues, no trouble. read more

Never in my life have I dealt with such bad business. Locked in a 2 year contract, we took the car to Rightway's repair place to have the air conditioning fixed. Long story short we ended up carless for 3 days because the car started overheating and we still do not have air in 100 degree weather. A week later it is now overheating again and I've lost my job because I can't drive the piece of crap to work. On top of that, Rightway wanted to charge us $140 for the repairs that were THEIR fault and never even fixed the air in the first place! I wouldn't recommend Rightway to anyone. Relative just got completely ripped off here. She is going through some personal issues, is a young female, and they completely took advantage of her. Sold her a 2006 Sebring with a number of issues. Told her there was nothing wrong with it. Alignment is way off, engine sounds horrible, whistling in the convertible hood, and gave it to her with an empty gas tank and no washer fluid. Wouldn't go lower than bi-weekly payments of $200 which she most certainly cannot afford and which is most certainly way more than the car is worth. If they do anything to remedy this situation I will update this review. As it stands, and as I've seen with other reviews on google, they prey on people who are in difficult situations and they have no shame. read more
