This last time which was a week or so ago we took it back to have it looked over before my son goes on a road trip. $1700 later my son again drives home with no brakes. Again no one is test driving the car after repairs. They will tell you they did though so BEWARE! You can't make this stuff up. Take it back in the morning, this time they said a plastic brake line cracked like magic and another $250. Again, owner or Manager refused to get on the phone. He told the Service writer at the front desk that he would only speak to my son or his mother. Why? Because they don't know much about cars, and he could BULLSHIT them. Being in the automotive business for over 30 years I can tell you that this is definitely not the place to go. It's all about commission and speed there. No customer satisfaction focus. How they stay in business is beyond me. Definitely do not recommend this Service Station. Stay Away!
