The second time I brought my car in they wanted to charge me $500+ for a new battery -- I promptly said no and got a battery from O'Reilly's. Then after leaving Chapman's from the service -- my parking break light keeps coming on. I brought it back to them and they said they fixed it but a day later the lights are coming back on. I brought my car there again and they said they fixed it but no -- lights are still on. Annoying and $700 later. The service guy is very friendly but somehow I feel like I am being ripped off. I will probably still take it there because it is very convenient (I took the car to a place in Scottsdale but it took forever and is not close).

Did not want to take it back and cause another month on top of the two months they had it at their shop. Turns out there was crystal clear water inside my electrical connection that my wiring harness was plugged into. I sopped up the water and fixed it myself. Also had the ac replaced but it doesn't work. Never did. They said it was my fault it was leaking because of some prior damage to the front end. Why even replace it if they knew it wouldn't work? I don't recommend them and it's true they think they are hot poop in this industry and it's true they are hot poop.

The sales rep, Sean, confirmed the car was ours and even took my credit card to process the payment. While my purchase was being processed, the sales manager, Mike, sold the car to someone else, completely overriding our confirmed commitment. He reportedly laughed and said there were nine other buyers for the car, prioritizing them over a customer who was ready, willing, and able to complete the purchase immediately. I have documentation of my intent to buy and have filed a formal complaint with Mercedes‑Benz corporate. This experience was unprofessional, unfair, and completely unacceptable. They didn't check my pressures at all, scan my VIN, or ask for my mileage like every other Discount has done previously (and like I had seen them do to all the other cars in front of me 5 minutes prior). Eloy said to give him a chance to try to find one since they didn't have on their yard. About an hour later he called back to let me know he found one. Agreed on a price over the phone, we showed up and now my wife got her early birthday gift and she is Happy. Eloy and the staff there were very professional and helpful with any questions we had.
