Bought a battery and they installed it. Seem to have a big inventory and fair prices.

They went above and beyond in their assistance. This is the experience you expect from an O'Reilly's. The manager was great as well!

I was not the last bit surprised the store had a solid 1 star rating!…read more What a joke of a business. I get the vibe is only really for mechanics because the "customer service", I mean just simple kindness professionalism as in general civilized society. Not expecting; "hello how may I help you, can I help you find something, what can I do for you", etc.... NO NONE OF THAT. It would've been far too high expectations for that "gibberish"! Waking in through blank tinted doors, no hours or days of operation, no "enter/exit" on the door. Upon entry there are 3 people sitting behind 2 counters; 1 woman to the right "helping" (loose use of the word) a man with a couple of kids, the counter to the left; there were 2 people (1 woman & 1 man) behind it, the woman didn't flinch when I walked in, didn't look up, didn't mutter a word, probably very deep in her work star the computer. The man to my left as I approached, had his feet up on the counter (4 foot high) laid back chilling, dressed as a mechanic who just rebuilt an engine. With no direction approached the man, asking if he could help me, he said "picking up?". I was confused, said "no do I need to order online only? ". He then directed me to the other lady helping the man with his kids. After she told him, she cannot help, they do not carry that part, I approached. Stating "it's my first time in, I hope you can help me", she replied "me too".... I needed 6 bolts (automotive), I was referred to this location from the online bolt manufacturer... I asked "do you have (6) 5/8 x 18 x 1.5-2 inch bolts". The young woman replied..... "nope we don't carry bolts, can't help ya"... There was a brief pause, me expecting some direction as to where or who I may find these bolts to buy........ NOTHING. So I walked out. Very strange, guess it's a store for the trades people. ‍

Why do you have someone so rude working at the front when you first enter establishment. I will never give this place business again. The only reason why I came was because of Walter. The other young guys there are a little rough around the edges as well. But Steve is just rude. The black gentleman in the stockroom was really cool. He needs to reverse rolls with Steve. I have had several amazing experiences with Kevin and the group at Grunion Fabrication over the…read morecourse of several rather oddball projects. The first project that he tackled for me was the design and installation of a roll cage that was designed for SCCA and NASA club racing and track days in a Volkswagen Scirocco. Kevin did an amazing job of doing the research ahead of time to build a cage that not only exceeded the rules, but fit very tightly inside the car to allow clear and easy access between the A-pillars and the entry way of the door bars. The work was top-notch, the welds were amazingly done and the price was fantastic. The second job that Grunion Fabrication did for me was on converting my car to a full air ride setup. The vehicle in-question is a 1989 Volkswagen (seeing a pattern here?) Syncro Tristar Double Cab, which is a very difficult vehicle to convert from traditional coil springs and struts to bags. He had to build custom mounts for the air bags and do the measuring and verification of the shock mount, and was able to do some really amazing work to hide the compressors and the lines. He also built and entirely custom set of bumpers, sliders and an expedition rack onto the vehicle. When it was completed, he went out of his way to provide me with storage of the vehicle while my mechanic was tied up. All in all, they are a great company that I would highly reccomend to anyone who is looking for a company that has tremendous attention to detail and only uses the best parts. Plus, Kevin and his group are true automotive and truck enthusiasts, so they go out of their way to deliver and sell high-quality parts and accessories.

As a fulltime fabricator I tend to notice a lot of DIY customizers get into projects way over their head. And instead of blaming their workmanship they blame the company that provided the part. I recommend getting it done right the first time. Although it's fun to work on your own cars leave the fabricating to the professionals. This is what they're paid to do. Unfortunately I no longer live in the Phoenix valley but thankfully Grunion has online ordering.. :) Thank you again Kevin for all the service you've provided not only for myself but my fellow enthusiasts... So I was going home from an event when I noticed my engine light was still on so I stopped at the Autozone at Cave Creek & Bell Rd to get an analysis. When I got out of my car I also noticed that my back bumper was separated a little from the fender, it wasn't like that before that shop worked on it. The young man that did the analysis was Sean, he was very nice & knowledgeable. He showed me that nothing was coming up on the report. I mentioned to him that the shop my husband took my car to was new to us, and wondered if they did a complete job. He immediately offered to check out the oil & filter to make sure it was done right, so we went back outside & he did just that! I mentioned that I even noticed my bumper was separated & I was concerned of taking it thru the car wash for fear it would fall off, SO he looked at that too & low & behold he gave it a few whacks & popped it back in!! I KNOW this is long BUT Sean went above & beyond just doing the analysis!! WOW!! Thank you Sean!! This is why anytime I need something for my car, this is where I will shop!! When I meet young men like this (I'm retired age) I tell myself, his parent(s) did a great job raising him!! Great customer service skills for sure!! I took a pic of my back bumper that he popped back in!! If I could give a 10 star rating I would!!
