I have purchased 2 motorcycles from Arrowhead Harley Davidson. Good experience with sales, Finance ,and Parts. When It Comes Services In the past 5 years going to their Service Department I have had nothing but issues. The lack of communication with the customer has to be the biggest issue. Don't expect to get a call about the progress on the service of your motorcycle even if you pay extra for the service agreement. On more than one occasion I have told them I wouldn't hear from you if I didn't call you. (obviously, it continued to fall on def ears) ALSO Don't expect your bike to be done when they say. Again on more than a few occasions, I was told the Bike would be done by a certain time and when I got there to pick it up it wasn't done and no communication telling me it wasn't going to be done. This last time I dropped the bike off the day before the appointment and when I called the next day at 3 pm to see if I could pick it up they told me they were waiting for a part, When In fact I was getting an upgrade for a part they had in stock. They read the Service paperwork incorrectly and didn't start working on my bike until after 3 pm.. Needless to say, I didn't get my bike back that day. The Next day I still didn't get a call it was done I had to call them again to ask for progress. If this was just a one-time occurrence I wouldn't bother with this kind of review But this has happened a few times to me and a few of my other Harley Brothers and Sisters. Their Service Department Doesn't have any consideration for customers and it has shown this on more than a few occasions. If you can avoid it don't use their Service department. read more

I was under the impression that I had a great company backing me up on a used bike purchase. I bought a 2015 switchback with just under 10,000 miles. Bought full warranty and battery package. Was on my way back from a day ride out to Tucson, and on the way back my battery light came on. Thankfully I made it back into town and I wasn't worried because I had battery coverage and full warranty. Had it towed to Arrowhead in the morning. After diagnosing it they informed me that my warranty had expired 2 days prior and that the repair was going to be over $1200. I asked about the battery protection that I had for the life of the motorcycle-- BEWARE THATS ONLY FOR THE BATTERY... they will still want to charge you the labor of one hour at a couple hundred $ for swapping it.. Highly disappointed-- wish I went elsewhere for my purchase. I'm now paying on an extended warranty through the life of my loan and not eligible for a repair for a bike that's going to sit in my garage... nor will they buy it back because I've only had it for a year. Please be careful in your used bike purchases... I was really hoping for a better experience. read more

D-Lo will work with you, fight for you, and then once you purchase a bike ask about your bike each time he sees you at the dealership. There is a not a single time my wife and I got into the Arrowhead HD Dealership that he doesn't come up to us to ask us about our bikes and how we are doing. I worked for a few years in the adult mental health field. These adults got what was called "wrap around services." This is quite similar to how D-Lo works! I don't write reviews and after dealing with them over the phone immediately hopped on this to write a review after what I experienced. I live in California and am shopping around for a good deal. Arizona and a few others states I have my eye on for a Harley Davidson Street glide. I am a negotiator I don't want to pay $1,500 for a inspection that costs $80 from there service department. I talked to a Online salesman named Phil Behun and a sales manager I don't remember. I told him what I wanted and if he could get me the price which I said was $15,000-$16,000 out the door for a 2024 Harley Davidson Street Glide with almost 35,000 miles on it already, that was on sale for $16,992. They want $21,000 out the door including $1300+ for their inspection fee. Again an inspection is $81 from a dealer in California. But again I said "I'll come and immediately take it" if he could get me those prices. I expect to come back with a counter offer. He told me there was no way straight off the bat before taking it to his sales manager to get numbers because sales men don't do the numbers at all. He told me that they shaved off $7,000 of the price which I don't see at all anywhere on the site. Then when I asked him to go run it by his sales manager anyways to see what would happen. Well he got off the phone with me and never called back so I called back two and a half hours later asking for him and was connected with him only for him to immediately just hang the phone up. He did this twice to me. Then when I called the dealership back I straight asked for the sales manager. The manager was very rude and could care less that his personnel where acting like that. I asked him what he could do and he gave this wild out the door price and that he couldn't do any better. Cool I said no problem and that I'll go elsewhere for a bike no big deal. Well to get to this point of just being told no deal I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by this Harley Dealer. All this could've been avoided by the sales man being professional and calling me back and saying "Sorry Sir, my manager says there is no way we can get there on pricing"... cool, no harm no foul and I move on with my day. Instead I'm playing games with the dealer, calling them over and over being hung up on and having my time wasted. This is why Dealerships are slowly going away and the industry has a bad rap. I get you may not like my numbers, but that doesn't mean that you just blow me off. Horrible business and wouldn't recommend giving your money to this dealer at all. Go get a better deal like I am at a dealer near by my house. For a better or same bike. End of the story take your hard earned money somewhere else and get a better deal or go second hand market for even cheaper. read more
