There hasn't been one day in 10 years that they have had more than 2 customers vehicles in the shop. obviously the owner has his vehicles in there, but never a full shop. 2nd encounter....I ask for an estimate to get full exhaust replaced on my other car, same answer. Might I add, the representative of Everett pro muffler n Brake is not friendly nor courteous in the slightest. last interaction was indeed the last. I requested an exhaust system quote on a stock vehicle and was told they only do custom exhaust. All interactions were in person and not over the phone. I do not recommend this shop in any way. I was treated poorly and disrespectfully.

Asher offered to call AAA for me and he went through all of the prompts for me.These two young men were very helpful, polite and patient with a senior citizen like myself. Then another co-worker who was off duty stopped by the store and was kind enough to offer to give me a jump start and he gave me his time and assistance. All of this took some time and it was a bit chilly outside in the cold but all three of them were still very polite and professional. At the end of the day I was very thankful for all of their help and and support and they made what could have been a very terrible experience a little easier and I felt very much at ease with the how things turned out. Store is clean. The isles are taller than Advance Auto Parts making navigation a little more tricky. Selection is good. I got what I needed, an adaptor for my ratchet. 3/8 to 1/4. The adaptor was $7.68 and it is not as strong as the ones made for impact guns. The parking lot is a little small. The parking lot for the auto zone down the street is much easier to find parking in. Advanced auto parts on evergreen way has a huge parking lot. So if you have to tinker with your car a little, that one has plenty of space. I forgot my wallet! But luckily I was able to pay with Apple Pay, thank goodness.
