Five stars all the way Kevin and his crew are the best in the industry hands down.

Tyson & Mike in service were also helpful. Mike & Eric moved some of my equipment from my trade-in to my new trike without complaint, really appreciate that service! Jon Hickman and Clayton in parts made ordering my warmer handgrips, and other additional parts a breeze. Bradley in financing is very knowledgeable and made the final step easy and was very efficient explaining VIP service and all the nitty gritty of purchasing my trike. Highly recommend Grit City Harley-Davidson if you're looking for a new H-D, and the 2026 RG3 is a badass smooth ride!

Upon entering, I was swarmed by four different individuals simultaneously, which felt less like premium service and more like a lack of floor coordination. The representative assigned to me lacked even a basic grasp of the product line, noting he had recently transitioned from a car dealership. When I inquired about the 2026 Road Glide Limited, he quoted a starting price in the mid-$50,000 range. This is logically inconsistent with Harley-Davidson's own digital build tool, where I have already configured a fully-optioned model for $44,000. The pricing process was equally opaque. After waiting ten minutes for what I assumed were custom quotes for both the floor model and my specific build, a different manager appeared and presented a pre-filled finance sheet. It is mathematically presumptuous to present a 30% down payment structure and an $885 monthly obligation before even discussing the asset's total cost or available Tier-1 financing incentives. When I pressed for the cost of the upgrades, the staff appeared entirely lost, suggesting they would "eventually" need to consult the parts department. Most unsettling, however, was the conclusion. When I politely explained that my wife--my partner in this purchase--needed to see the bike before we moved forward, I was met with a high-pressure "close" tactic. When I asked to keep the quote for my records, I was told, "This doesn't go with you," before the representative simply walked away. For a brand that positions itself as a premium lifestyle investment, the operational failure at this location is a significant disappointment. It was an illogical, poorly managed encounter that does not align with the standard of service I expect.

I visited your store about 3 weeks ago with $800 to spend on a jacket. I found one I loved (a sort…read moreof greenish/black) that retailed for about $500. For that price, I decided to look at the boot selection, as well. My low star rating comes from the fact that your sales girl (I never got her name but she was wearing a Seahawks themed punk girl tutu as it was almost Halloween) and her very obvious attempt to prevent theft. At first it was comical but then it became rude and obnoxious as she followed me every step and stood there watching my every move. No, she was not there to assist me as I indicated several times that I was just browsing and walked away. But then when I dared attempt to look at another item, there she was, standing there, watching my every move! I simply cannot and refuse to shop that way as I will not give money to a store that thinks of me as a thief. I came in with my husband who, ironically got great treatment as he talked to the gentleman about his desire to trade in the last bike he purchased from your shop for an upgraded model. However, feeling as offended as I did, I kindly interrupted and asked my husband to leave with me. So, sure its only $800 and whatever a new motorcycle cost - it won't hurt you overall but if the sales girl in question is not trained to respect customers, my guess is that your losses won't stop there. On a side note, I am an older woman, I had no bags or purse on me that could have been stuffed with motorcycles and outerwear and I was wearing a fitted top and tights (again, nothing that would allow for the theft of a thumbtack much less a motorcycle jacket!). I welcome a reply but I will also make sure that when riding season returns and my husband is ready to make that upgrade, I will sway him to go elsewhere.
