I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews here. Adventure Motorsports has been great to me. They gave me a great deal on a KTM 390 Adventure, and gave me the Quick Shifter for half price! They did forget to turn off the transport lock, but they came and got the bike, fixed it, then brought it home. Nothing but kudos from me! read more

After reading other reviews, wish I'd read them prior to going here with my guy to look at a used motorcycle. Once getting there, asked to speak to the person who spoke to my man on the phone, and was told he wasn't available. There were about 3 guys helping customers, and we noted a young couple being ignored & treated a bit biased... perhaps it was because they were young, perhaps it was because they were interracial (like us), but each time they showed interest in a bike, they went inside to talk it over, only to come back out with someone else who was treating them progressively more rudely. Our experience was slightly different, but we were passed off to a guy who talked my man into running his credit prior to allowing him to test ride - even tho he has plenty of experience and fully endorsed. I've never EVER been somewhere that required a credit report prior to talking more about the vehicle, but the fact is that was what they asked for, so my man complied & filled out a credit report. He told the salesman and the finance guy he was already pre-qualified, knew what he wanted to do and with whom, but went ahead and ran the report because the salesman said it was better to check if they could get a better rate, etc. The finance guy took all of 10min's to make a negative decision & didn't even have enough common courtesy to explain why or address my man directly with the decision. He knows what is on his credit report - but thing is, I was prepared to pay cash for the bike... however, THEY didn't know that, and because of how they treated him, they lost a $10k cash sale, with the potential of more. Thing is, I had to restrain myself from saying something like, "you need a credit report from cash buyers too?" but the 1st thing they asked when we got there was, "are you looking to finance?" in addition to what bike we were there to see. I've been working with people and sales for decades, and never felt so mistreated or disrespected when attempting a business transaction of that magnitude. Only reason we went there was because of the bike choice, but we found other options where we weren't mistreated or given the feeling of racial profiling was how they approach potential customers. Both my man and I noted how the other interracial couple was treated by this team - we won't be back - we won't be recommending this location for any reason & thankfully found SEVERAL other businesses willing to take our funds while searching for the perfect motorcycle... read more

Worst shop ever. First of all they had my bike almost 2 months. When i got it back they had scratched the fender and frame like you can't imagine. Some deep enough starting to rust. When i called and reported the damage the service manager told me his family owned a paint shop in town and he would take care of it. There wasn't many days left for nice weather so i wanted to wait a few weeks and get some riding in before it being gone for months again. When i called back this manager and tech supposedly no longer worked there and NO records of damage was ever mentioned. Very disappointed, screw you guys. Worst experience ever read more

I dropped off my snowmobile for repair here in February and they didn't even start the process to diagnose the issue until October! 8 MONTHS LATER. Then they tried to charge me $400 dollars for the diagnostic they quoted for $150 8 months earlier! They grossly over inflated the quoted repair bill as well. Go elsewhere! If I could leave 0 Stars, I would. AVOID this shop! They kept my new 1290r for a week to complete a 2-hour Break-in service. They did not communicate any delays - only when I called for an update did they say they had 'techs' call in sick, including the service manager. They Charged me more than the quoted fee (without calling to 'OK'). Asked to speak to the General Manager (Scott). Scott hung up on me after I told him of the issues and my frustration. Do not recommend at all. We purchased a little 50 for our son for his birthday mid June. We let them know we wanted one for our other son and would be back after our house closed the following week to grab another and pay off the loan we were getting, (yahmaha credit line with a Max limit of 4200 which the finance department knew because they applied for it for us). Every thing was fine after we signed paperwork and left, out the door price of $3000( YEA I KNOW FOR A 50 is Steep) until we got our Yamaha finance statement in the mail. It was over balance. Over the limit. I called the dealership right away and said what is going on? Jessica in finance helped us, she is the only one who does that position and she had me sign a yellow copy of our sales agreement, not a two or three part form like you'd typically receive. I didn't think it was weird until we got our statement. Immediately Jessica informed me when I called, that she doesn't remember everyone but that we had added gap insurance, a 12 month warranty on the battery and a service plan with their service department. We searched all paperwork and never found where we signed up for these. Or any sales agreement over the 3k amount we had signed for. Our final bill came for 4198.66 which was 2$ shy of our credit line we opened with them. We immediately told them to cancel them and that we never signed for those. That we would be in for a refund. We came in and Jessica was waiting for us, even though she just told us she didn't remember who we were. Jessica informed us that there's no signatures required for those services. They can be added by anyone, at any time. They could not Find any paperwork with our signatures on it. She stated she had like 6 stacks to go through, she couldn't find it, and tried to show me someone else's for an example. Finally, two days later after they dodged the situation. They did cut us a check for these services she added after we left. We paid off our loan and went and bought a Honda 125 for our older son in woodinville at Ride motorsports. They gave us all of our paperwork, handed us a copy of all sales agreements and warranties (we didn't opt for any additional as these are kids bikes) and they provided clear and concise paperwork for our purchase and we were never charged a single extra penny. They were great. Scott at adventure motor sports did everything he could to make it seem this is the first time this has ever occurred. Unfortunately they were so calm and casual about this I don't believe it. They were never able to give us any paperwork with our signatures on it for for the 4100(rough amount) that they claim we agreed to. No Sales agreement NADA!! The bike was 1749+ tax and destination etc out the door was 3k. Which I asked for a breakdown of because it was steep. In my opinion. You can imagine our surprise to receive a bill for 1100 more! I do not recommend, Nor do I think we are the only culprits. They are a shady business. Scott is the owner. Jessica should not be in charge of peoples credit or finances as she is 100% shady and fraudulent to make commissions--- check your statements folks!! 0 stars from me and my family!! read more

Tim the sales guy is your typical used car salesman. As soon as your deal is done he forgets who you are. Ask about accessories you payed for and didn't get installed he will loose the original internal repair as soon as you question it and plays stupid. Do not trust Tim or Scott the owner if you buy something from them keep your original paperwork even then it doesn't do ant good. Scott the owner is no better. I had a copy of the original repair order they use and showed him where I paid for accessories to be installed but they never were. Scott said they can't open a repair order to delete stuff but his account and service manager showed him they could and they do delete accessories off of the repair order. I have filed complaints with the Better business bureau and Attorney General office but so far it hasn't done any good. I will never do business again with Tim or Scott. read more

Avoid this dealer at all costs. I purchased a new KTM from them and had software issues with the bike from day one. Multiple service days were used trying to isolate the problems that included loss of abs, traction control, no speedometer, turn signal failures, and display errors. I was sent home with the bike in unsafe operating condition with a promise that the dealer would come pick it up at a later date to perform all necessary services. On the pick up date, I was informed there would be a $280 charge for the service. The bike is under warranty with less than 1000 miles on it. They are dishonest in their customer dealings. read more

Refusal to admit they sold me a brand new bike that doesn't run. Issues started at 26 miles. I've made it to about 400 but it's been rough. Service department is horrible. Repeated visits under warantee only to be told they cannot reproduce the problem. Each time I get it back it comes back dirty with oily fingerprints on the seat and windshield, but only works again for 50 miles or so. I think they are just brushing off the spark plugs and not actually doing anything to address whatever the core issue is. To reproduce the issue I videoed the bike refusing to idle in my driveway. Tailored back to them yet again and after they've had it -yet again - for another three weeks - they say - yet again - that they don't think anything is wrong. Very upset. Feeling hopeless. Brand be machine still under 430 miles. read more

We were blown away by the level of service and care provided to us by the manager and the sales person that assisted us. We saw a sale on a bike and decided to call for an OTD price. We worked it through pretty easily and made the hour drive. Personally, I was worried there would be some "hidden" fee or tax that would sneak up on us, but Scott, who we worked with and also the owner, kept his word. Exactly the price we agreed on the phone. The sales person was also phenomenal. They helped us put the bike on our truck and gave us pointers along the way... they stayed with us to chat, even after they had closed for the day. Forgive me, this is my first Yelp review. I purchased a new Yamaha Majesty scooter from these folks in 2006, and have been well taken care of since. My sales guy was Scott, who happens to be the owner, and it was the most low key, no pressure sale I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and that goes against many cars I have purchased over the years. The entire time, they make sure what you're getting is what you really want, give you a fair price for the bike AND the accessories you need, and they offer you fresh made food and drinks at the same time. I just brought it in for two recalls from Yamaha -- they called before I even got the letters from Yamaha. It's a three hour repair, and they still did it same day for me. I can't recommend them enough. They are Yamaha-only, so if you're looking for something else, you might be out of luck, but these guys are reason enough to consider a Yamaha. :) read more

I did not get approached to see if I needed help or anything even though the floor was not busy at all and there were clearly workers just sitting around. This happened twice in person going to the store; I even had to walk up to someone and ask to see the new Vmax, after he gave me a slightly disdainful look, he showed me the bike, then the guy disappeared without asking if I had any questions! (Note: I went in a separate time with my boyfriend and they immediately started chatting him up no problems.....) Second, I have also tried to get help and information over the phone on a few occasions but they are also lacking decent phone service, too. I asked for help finding parts for my bike (with the intention of having them order it, and me pay their high labor fee to install it!) but the guy never called me back to say he did or even did not find it. Third, I finally took my bike in to get it up to riding par for the last bit of this summer season... they have had my bike for a month for 2 really small fixes..... I had to call and ask them what was going on multiple times throughout those 4 weeks because their customer service is such that they don't even call their customers to give them status updates when things are going on longer than their projected finish time. I finally called one more time and they said it has been done for a week now... they called once, left a 5 second voicemail, and didn't bother again to follow up. I have worked for 8 plus years in the customer service industry, including as a supervisor for 4 of those years, and the service at this store was just disappointing. There are tiny things they could tweak that would have made this a completely positive review... but I don't know what their deal is... why they feel like they can treat customers this way - with utter lack of empathy. read more

I walked into this place with $13,000 and bought a 2020 KTM 300 XC. While there I bought over $1,000 in gear and parts. I bought a skid plate that needed ordered, I was told that it would be about 2 weeks, 7-10 days to have it made and shipped to the store and then to my house. 2 separate times I was put on hold for over 45 minutes and then disconnected at 6pm when they closed. I have called and spoke to my sales guy (Oscar) at least 5 times. It has been over 6 weeks and still "Parts" has never called or attempted to contact me. This place has the absolutely the WORST parts and services department in the state of Washington. I have given them WAY too many opportunities, after a 6th call they told me I have to come to the store which is 40 miles away. I could have ordered and received this Endro Engineering skid plate 10 times by now. read more

4/28/20. Bought a motorcycle. 6/16/20. I got a phone call stating my plate/tabs are ready for pick up. I advised that I will come and pick it up Saturday, 6/27/20. 6/27/20. Girl at the front counter is unable to find plate/tabs, 30 minutes later she comes and tells me that it may have been mailed but not sure as she has no records. 15 minutes later Tim advised me that he/thry will look for it Monday, 6/29/20 and will mail it overnight. 6/29/20 @ 1pm, I call the store for a follow up only to find out store is closed on Mondays. No care at all about the drive from Port Orchard, or that plate/tab is missing or given to someone else. Very dismissive. I will be updating this if something will come out of it also will be notifying DOLL for whatever its worth, see if they care. read more

The day before I was to pick it up, John the salesman called me apologizing saying his boss had decided to tack on the freight and setup fee to the price even though the bike was used. This was over $1000 more. I declined and ask that my refundable deposit be returned. It's been a few days now and I am fighting to get my deposit back. John the salesman is ignoring me and I'm still waiting on a callback from accounts payable. I sure will not be buying a bike from this shop. read more

I keep trying this place out because in Monroe there really isn't a lot of choices for parts for snowmobiles, but every time I do I'm reminded how terrible the vibe and service is. Having Arctic Cat snowmobiles I have to be resourceful about finding parts, especially since the only shops on the west side of the mountains are in Bellingham and down south. I saw they now sell Arctic Cat snowmobiles so I figure "hey, I'll give them a try! (...Again)" So I get transferred to the parts department and I get attitude when I ask if they are going to be stocking parts. (They are only going to stock a few select parts like belts for the 2013 sleds they will be selling) This was THE last time I try these guys, when I buy a new sled it will be a Polaris, because then I can go to the other shop in town who are actually friendly. read more

My husband and I have a 1998 Vulcan that was having a carb issue that went far beyond our abilities and/or knowledge to tinker with on our own. We brought it into the service department at Adventure Motorsports in March thinking we would be ahead of the mad rush of bikes coming in for repairs before the riding season, but COVID put a huge wrench in those plans. While the repair did take longer than anyone expected due to parts delays, everyone in the service department was patient and kind with us. Wade and his crew really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and didn't show an ounce of annoyance when we would call to get updates. (They were just as frustrated with the amount of time it was taking for the parts to arrive.) The bike is running better than it ever has, and we are looking forward to a great riding season this year, thanks to Wade and everyone in the service department at Adventure Motorsports. I cannot recommend them enough! They make you feel like you are part of the family, and are very knowledgeable with diagnostics, not to mention they will go out of their way to make sure you are made whole and you are 100% satisfied. read more
