Rick is great, but a little absent minded. If he tells you he is ordering parts, check to make sure unless you want to wait an extra week.

The guy was in such a crappy mood, I felt bad about bothering him to put tires on my scooter. Yeah…read morethe scoot it's ugly and a little rough around the corners, but I would expect a bike shop to use a set of tire irons to swap out tires. Instead I have bent rims from what looks like a screw driver. Seriously not a job well done. I don't suggest anyone to have this guy do tires cause he obviously doesn't carry the proper tools. Might be coincidence but shortly after the job, after my rear fender bracket broke off my muffler. Might have been from fatigue but hard to ignore that he had to remove the fender to change the rear tire.

On a whim, I called Trevor at SLT and he was BY FAR the most inexpensive!!! I was at first very skeptical of his shop, so I dropped in to check it out first. I don't like to take many risks, especially with my motorcycle. It's a small local racers shop. Trevor's a good guy with a lot of mechanical knowledge and he's supported by a lot of WMMR riders. I asked him how he could be so inexpensive compared to the other shops around and he broke it down pretty simply: Trevors the receptionist, accountant, mechanic, sales guy, delivery guy, janitor, etc. for his shop. He doesn't have a ton of expenses to cover like advertising, employee salaries, or a huge lease. His shop is small, but he's got all the tools he needs to get your motorcycle tuned up and running right. I dropped off my motorcycle and Trevor had a few projects to complete before he got to my bike. 6 days later (including Sunday and Monday when he's closed), he finished my bike and now it's running like new! He's a down to earth guy, local rider, and small time businessman that's honest. He did a great job on my bike and if I ever need any other service on my bike, I'm going back to see him for sure! Give him a call or drop by his shop if your skeptical and meet the guy. Good quality job for the money.

I found Andrew on Google and because of high ratings decided to do fix my bike here. I called him…read morein May of 2024 to schedule appointment and a month later in June of 2024 I took my bike there. I called to check up 2 week later and he STILL haven't even looked at my bike. Only a month later in JULY of 2024 he looked at my bike and told me that it has blown gasket which I told him from the start that's what it was. I was quoted about 700 in parts and labor. On September 9th, he tells me that cylinder is busted and engine needs rebuild, its going to cost more then a new bike, can't find replacement engine and I am stuck in the limbo wondering what to do. Later he finds a new cylinder and says its going to be 400 more and the tab now is $1068 so I agree and he tells me it should be done first thing, its's October 7 now! I am frustrated and upset, the whole summer and fall went by and I told him repeatedly I wanted to ride the bike and then he doesn't contact me again till I call him in April of 2025! So from October to April he is working on other bikes and just ignored my bike. What kind of person does that? So I reach out to him at the end of April and he all of a sudden remembers to divert his attention to fixing my bike and a week later he tells me to pick it up and presents me with $1600 bill, so the bill went from $1068 to 1600 without any updates. He admits he screwed up on the cylinder and had to take it to machine shop to get it opened up, now my compression is low and bike lost top speed which means I can't quickly pass if I need to. The parts charge says $700 but doesn't itemize what cost what, he only quoted that cylinder was $400 is what he texted me. Where did additional $300 came from? He also said he replaced water pump, but why? Well it was just broad troubleshooting he did. I just had it replaced and it was $20 item. But it gets worse. I pay him $1479 after he adjusted the price to drop the diagnostic fee and once I take the bike on freeway on a 15-20 mile ride I come home and coolant is splattered all over the bike. I take the bike out next day thinking there might have been extra coolant overflow and there are clouds of white smoke and bike barely starts after I stop halfway. So I bring the bike back to Andrew on April 30th, 2025. I call him 2 weeks later and he still has not worked on my bike! WTF!@#$%^& I just dropped $1500 and he doesn't care that its already been a year and I am pissed! When I called he's like oh yeah, good thing you reminded me I need to order so an so and now I called 4 times and texted several times and no response, its June 2nd and its been over a year and he wants to drag this on for another summer! I've been very patient but now I am extremely pissed. Oh and here's the thing, Andrew wants to charge you 3.5% fee for a credit card and to avoid that he is asking to Zelle him the money and at the time I though it was good idea but now I realize I can't even do anything about this charge. If you got anything serious to fix stay away from Andrew!

He picked up the bike April 1, 2020. The repair was delayed due to a part shipment but was completed on April 20th. I was sick, so paid over the phone via his square up. I had originally done paperwork for this consignment in 2018, but ended up not taking the bike in as there was a delay in Matt picking up for me. So, I felt this was going to be a positive experience. Matt assured me he had lots of interest in Harley's as he had just sold one the prior week and would get mine on his updated website/Facebook soon. My periodic observation did not confirm his words. I was very ill and isolated at home for the next few months and wasn't able to stay on top of this process. To my knowledge, there's been no serious offers on my bike. 2011 XL883L HD with 400 original miles, so I wanted to discuss dropping the price. $5000 asking...no hanging tag on my bike in his shop. (seen through the window) I left a note on the door yesterday, 8-6-2020. The number to the business is disconnected, he is not answering me on his cell. As a combat veteran, I try to think outside the box and remain hopeful that this young man with over 20 years mechanical experience will do the right thing and face his customers as he is young and has many years of opportunity to experience. Matt, if you're reading this, I am happy to assist you in any way I can. If you need volunteers to help organize or answer phones a couple hours a day, I am feeling a bit better each day after several viruses and can assist with organizing volunteers from my home. I've found for me, ignoring issues never really helps solve opportunities to work or change current procedures. Monica Trujillo USAF- ANG, DOD 1996-2007

Over the years they've helped me with a ton of parts and accessories for my boats and jet skis and motorcycles. They always have a solid stock of life jackets (which I really appreciate every season) and one of the best selections of boating and PWC gear in the area. Even though they no longer sell new Sea-Doos, they still keep a good inventory of Sea-Doo parts, which has saved me more than once. The location right in Lynnwood is super convenient, and their motorcycle showroom is awesome they always have a sweet lineup of bikes on the floor. Went into the Service Dept at Lynnwood Moto today, asked young girl at desk if they could test the ignition coil I had in hand. She politely asks what it is and I answer. She says she does not know but her boss may. Just then a big guy, shaved head, appears. Her boss, (for the sake of any rider, hopefully not the service mgr.) She asks can we test this pointing to the object... no response he just stands there... can we test this? Now he says what is it? Simultaneously we answer "an ignition coil". He pauses a second then without even looking at it says "it's fine, ignition coils never go bad" My reply was that the last one did. Pause "yeah we can test it... but not today,... maybe next week" Why is that I ask? "cuz we're closing in 20 minutes" end of conversation. I take a look at the bikes as I walk out, as I will never set foot in here again. Taking poetic license from a line in Animal House, " Son, rude, stupid and lazy is no way to get ahead"
