We are at a disadvantage as there is really only one Honda dealership in our area, but at this point, if I were to purchase another Honda, I'll drive the extra two hours to purchase from a dealer that values their customers. Honda builds excellent and reliable motorcycles, but the support from this particular dealership is abysmal.

When I returned the bike, I provided pictures showing what I'd originally expected to be done before ordering the bars like you and I had discussed. I ended up paying an additional $500 in labor and still have wires exposed and clipped together with zip ties. This is extremely disappointing spending $1250 in labor and not getting the job completed. For these reasons, I'm unable to continue doing business with you or recommend any of my coworkers or friends to have work done on their bikes at M-Tech.

Even with his fees, I netted more selling it with him than I would have if I'd accepted any of the really low offers I had gotten on my own. It was especially helpful that he manages all the payment, banking and paperwork details since I was out of the country when my car sold. Causing stand to rub on the swing arm with hundreds of miles to go. Was at a shop next to Scott's, told him of my issues. He came out to the bike with a jar of bolts and installed the bolt & tightened up the other side (about to fall out) When I asked Scott what I owed him, he said whatever you want to give to the cause. I gave him a $20 and was very appreciative of his assistance. Great guy. Had 3 Honda Goldwings in the shop at the time.
