We have always appreciated their status as a veteran-owned business and felt we could trust them with our vehicles. However, during my wife's recent visit to have her Jeep's oil changed, we noticed that the window sticker was not updated. This was the second time in a row this has happened. I also discovered that all four valve stem caps were missing. I had previously purchased stainless steel 9mm shell caps for her Jeep. I contacted the Jiffy Lube, and they assured me they would investigate the matter. The following day, they reviewed the technician's information and stated they would reach out to him. After several days, I followed up and was informed that the cameras confirmed the valve caps were present when the vehicle arrived, and not there when she left but they could not identify who removed them and that they would not replace them. When I expressed my disappointment, particularly regarding our longstanding patronage, the response I received indicated a lack of accountability. It is concerning that an employee had taken personal property, and the management's decision not to address the issue reinforces a mistrust. While the monetary value of the valve caps is not significant, the principle of the matter is troubling. This incident raises questions about overall security and integrity at this establishment. What else do the employees help themselves to? Change any cash they find? Consequently, I have decided to seek service from another provider moving forward.

They took payment immediately -- then canceled the installation two days later without explanation. After rescheduling, they canceled the entire order. Hoping it was a fluke, I placed the order again because the price was good. Set another installation date. Canceled again two days later. Then -- ironically -- I was notified the tires had arrived and I should schedule a pickup. I didn't want to pick them up -- I wanted them installed. I went to the store and asked if they could install the tires right then. At first, I was told no. When I asked to cancel the order, they suddenly could install them. So I left my Bronco and was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. Guess what? 1.5 hours later, they called me to say their machine couldn't install the tires because of the size. I returned, got a refund for the tires -- but they couldn't refund the installation fee at the store. Now I have to call a 1-800 number and chase down my own money. This entire experience was a circus of incompetence, poor communication, and wasted time. I will never go back to the Walmart Auto Center again -- and I strongly recommend you don't either.

The unreliable, poor customer service is driving me away. I have only come here to have new tires mounted on wheels and the first two times I came things went okay (only exception being no call to let me know the work was done). I recently brought tires and wheels in again to have them swapped and have some old tires patched and never received a phone call when the work was supposedly done. I mentioned to Jesse that I was not called the last two times but he did not seem to care. When I picked up the tires I was charged for all of the labor that should have been done, but later discovered they did not fix one of the tires even though I was charged for it. I went back the next day to have them fix the tire I was charged for and you can imagine my surprise (sarcasm) when they once again never called to let me know that it was done.

I know what kind of car I have and I know I don't have four-wheel-drive but this guy was adamant and nasty. he called me back three times after I kept hanging up on him to prove he was right. He made nasty comments on my receipt. I had to have the manager from the bend store intervene to get the job done. I will avoid this location in the future.

But the dishonesty and way that Josh took advantage of someone who didn't know about vehicles is the reason mechanics get a bad name. My experience deserves a review. I Got a quote for a new water pump. Dropped off the car. "It will be ready by Friday" wasn't "ready" till days later Went to pick it up and it's parked out front with the hood open (to show that work had been done? ) I paid the guy Drove my car home Still making the same noise! What the heck? Call up Powerhaus. Takes me another couple days to get ahold of someone. I bring the car back. "Oh that's something else, not your water pump, your water pump is brand new" well... how much? Another $600 to fix that part. Ok, I'll make an apt. Called back several times to make the apt to "fix this new problem" no answer. Left several messages. No response. I Finally decide to take it to another mechanic. The other mechanic pops open the hood, shines a flashlight on the water pump and shows me how it is VERY obvious that the water pump NEVER GOT REPLACED. This nice mechanic who remains anonymous explained it still had the Toyota symbol and was clearly rusty and old (which I could see with my own eyes as he pointed it out to me) He explained if it was a new water pump it would be shiny silver, not old rust. I Took it back to power haus (seeing red the whole time) where Josh proceeds to argue with me but eventually says he will fix it. He gets my car in and then replaced the water pump, it's ready for pick up 4 days later. Upon pick up I said "I know that you didn't replace it the first time" he said "well it's working now right?" Seriously?!? On top of all of this, before I took my car in the first time I told him my 17 year old daughter was planning to drive it down to San Diego, and I wanted to make sure the car was in good order. With that knowledge, he still let me drive off without fixing the problem (And paying for it) knowing my daughter would probably end up stranded on the freeway if she drove that car down to California. Don't trust this guy. He lies and takes advantage of people who don't know about vehicles.
