I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. Definitely recommend this shop, they made everything so easy and exceeded expectations in every way.

I seriously considered using Unique Collision Center for repairing my car; however, the insurance company and I agreed to use another shop.

We were quoted in the $5k range to get it fixed. Our insurance company agreed. Once Caliber Collision had the car in their shop, they said we needed to get the front headlight fixed which was an additional $1900 and that put us $200 over the limit to get the car totaled. BTW, Caliber Collision gets to decide what the car is worth, and they lowballed the comparables. They would not return our calls!!! and said we had to talk with our insurance company as they would not talk to us. Because our insurance company depended on Caliber Collision for the estimate, the car was totaled and we lost possession of our car as Oregon law will not allow a salvage vehicle title to be driven. This is VERY shady business. We had just had several things fixed on the Audi's engine (to the tune of $4500) and brand new tires put on (about $1200). Now Caliber Collision has a fantastically working Audi with very minor front damage and we don't have a car. **** DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SHADY TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!!!!! ******

They parked it in direct sunlught which hides wrong color trying to deceive me. I pulled it in parking space out of direct sun. Again paint did not match. First trip in we called on status, they said it was just painted and had to wait next day to dry and pick up. Second trip they painted it and said its ready same day. Didn't have to wait a day to dry. Obviously a con job. They didn't paint it the second go-around.

Once I got it back one day later I had to take it back because it wasn't working right. They said they fixed the leaks and problems to only have the car die one week later as I was driving to work. Had to have it towed (to another place this time) Another mechanic told me the work wasn't completed as Tim and Butch told me it was. When we called and told them the damage that was done they didn't offer to correct it or give us our money back. They took our money, Kept the car too long, and are dishonest. Basically they butchered my car!
