They Say my roofer took their product out and tried to reinstall but broke it. They are trying to charge me for this when I have documentation that my roofer wasn't there the day they claim this happened. It was actually the same day he took out the stuff they his people installed in the wrong space. They sold us a product without a detailed explanation on how it works. they said they could add up lights without ever telling us that the up lights are a completely different product that works on a completely different platform and app. the intent of my original request was to have everything work in one app. This is very frustrating and This is very very poor customer service. It should have been explained in explicit detail. their people installed where it wasn't supposed to be installed and they left huge holes in my brick. It's still not patched as he said it would be. The lights worked for one day and have not worked since. My list goes on and on and if I could give them -5 I would. This has been a very negative experience.

I spoke with Destinee on 5/4 who made an appointment for 5/12- so I took the day off, waited, called and left numerous voicemails which were routed to a person who did not identify themselves as working with Absolute. The crew was punctual every day and worked very quickly. They were also very patient with us as we made some adjustments, i.e. paint color. Prior to starting, we provided Christian our Home Depot credit card so he was able to buy all the materials. No problem with that. At completion, he hauled away all the debris. Here is the story I purchased two Fotlie Range hoods from AM Center which is the Fotile Agency. First one for my parents was fine, but unfortunately the second one for myself was found out damaged immediately the box was opened. As the picture shown, it was heavily smashed on the surface top. I contacted the owner of Fotile agency via WeChat Friday noon, but no response at all. Since it's the weekend, so I didn't want bother much. So I waited until Monday morning, still no response, so I called three times finally he answered the phone, I told him we have contacted him last week, I simply explained the fact which is the truth of the smashed product. Suddenly he started yelling and screaming saying that he had been sold so many of this products and all damaged must be caused by customers, most of the time caused by improper installation, so I must be lying about the it, I said I was telling the truth. It is what it is. and he questioned me how can I be a religious person and not having the integrity. Excuse me??? How dare you judge my faith!!! Besides, you haven't even seen the damage product in person, already giving the conclusion? All the broken glass pieces were in the original box and there was even no fingerprints left on the product, the product itself still in the box wrapped with foamed plastic, because we never took it out of there.besides that, all four corners are perfectly fine, if like he said we dropped or hit to make it damages, it would be leaving any sort of evidences like broken corners! Anyway, we brought it back after that horrible phone call, he refused to take it in at beginning, since we insisted, so he took it, and of course he was extremely rude and mean to me.
