I purchased a windshield and back windshield for my 2022 Uforce 1000 XL on Thursday Oct 13th. The…read moremoney came out immediately but I still haven't received a tracking number. I first called on Friday the 14th they told me they would find out by the end of the day. I didn't hear anything so I called back before they closed on Friday to see if they could look into it but no luck. So I waited all weekend with no update probably because they were closed but maybe tracking number would come from ups or fedex. On Monday morning the 17th I called at 8:01am spoke with the came person from Friday he said he would take care of it personally don't worry it has probably already shipped but he would get back to me today.I didn't hear anything so I started calling at 3:31pm until 5:00pm 17 times to be exact I even left a text message. They message me back at 4:58 asking for my order number I gave it to them and asked them to please call me with no response.Feeling very frustrated I spent $650 and don't feel valued as a customer.I live on east coast so we are 1 hour ahead.

Haven't had a problem before this. Before ordering a stage 3 kit. I Called and talked to Caleb and…read morelet me know what size tires and Machine I had and what type of trails I ride ( MOSTLEY ROAD AND TRAILS). Caleb was great and ran to the back and asked someone which one I should order and told me the 40 degree stage 3. So that's what I did. It's been months since I've received it, but never had the time to get it installed. I've now installed it and it's over heating my belts( I have a Razor back IR belt temp gauge) and they say I don't have the right primary spring and weights (even though I let Caleb know that) for that set up and I should have ordered the 45 degree Helix. I'm not made of money to just order another one. The guy I chatted with over yesterday offered a 20% discount, but like I said now I'm stuck with a Helix I will never use, plus have to purchase different spring and weights for the primary which I don't know why they didn't say something when I text them I had the 1017 and 18 grams weights. Just very unhappy with it all.

(6 month old Harley tires bought and installed at a farther dealership). My goal was to have them powder coated that day and have them remount the tires. I explained my full plan. I was told absolutely bring them in they would take care of it. I arrived and they took them off and handed me the wheels. Even left the tires there. Had my powder done and was back by noon. When I walked in I was greeted by the same guy and when I asked him to put them back he informs me that they won't mount tires unless I buy new ones from them. That was not the story I was told when I came in and had them taken off. Pretty upset I left. Fast forward a few years and I decided to give them a new try. My Pan America has a failing fuel pump just a touch outside of warranty. It's a very common problem and Harley issues a TSB for a new updated version to be installed. I know it's probably not covered but I asked anyhow if it could be. Was told they would get back to me the next day. Well nearly full week goes by. I call in and can't get anyone on phone. I was on hold for 30 min off and on asking me why I was holding. I gave up and just rode down the next day. Walked in and was told the lady who worked on it is gone for the day and they took my number and a message. This was Friday. Tuesday I hadn't heard so I called again. 10 min of holding (the absolute worst damn hold music ever btw) finally got someone. They took a message. Thanked me for being patient and said that I would absolutely hear from them after a meeting in morning it would be no later than 10:30am. Around 4:00pm I called. At least they were honest and said well we just forgot you. Left a message again. Then now Saturday again called. Was told it would be Monday before they could get with Harley. So Monday at 3:00 I called. Was told haven't heard from Harley their lines are down so having to communicate thru emails. Was told again I'd get a phone call by the end of the day. As I sit here writing this I still haven't gotten a call. I finally 5 days later had to call them again. They can forever sweep my tracks out of that building I'll never be back. I'm not mad if the part is warrantied or not. I'm mad at the level of customer service and the brush off treatment that you get if you're not buying a $40,000 bike. I Hope Harley corporate reads these reviews and I hope the next poor guy gets better service. I'm done.
