They are located on Hwy 72…read more It has a large parking lot that's easy to maneuver, but the business is on a hill and it makes getting back onto the highway hazardous. There is a backroad you could use to avoid the danger, but you definitely need to be a local to know how to use it. There is usually always a huge selection of products from new Honda street bikes to generators. You can find a handful of Harley Davidson bikes here, also. A special treat is to walk through their bike museum. I don't know the official count of old bikes available to look at, but look at the pictures I posted, shows several. There are only 3 bikes in the museum that I personally like. The rest appear to be dirt bikes and racing related. They offer repair services. I never had anything fixed here, but you see activity all the time.

I first called on Friday the 14th they told me they would find out by the end of the day. I didn't hear anything so I called back before they closed on Friday to see if they could look into it but no luck. So I waited all weekend with no update probably because they were closed but maybe tracking number would come from ups or fedex. On Monday morning the 17th I called at 8:01am spoke with the came person from Friday he said he would take care of it personally don't worry it has probably already shipped but he would get back to me today.I didn't hear anything so I started calling at 3:31pm until 5:00pm 17 times to be exact I even left a text message.They message me back at 4:58 asking for my order number I gave it to them and asked them to please call me with no response.Feeling very frustrated I spent $650 and don't feel valued as a customer.I live on east coast so we are 1 hour ahead.

Caleb was great and ran to the back and asked someone which one I should order and told me the 40 degree stage 3. So that's what I did. It's been months since I've received it, but never had the time to get it installed. I've now installed it and it's over heating my belts( I have a Razor back IR belt temp gauge) and they say I don't have the right primary spring and weights (even though I let Caleb know that) for that set up and I should have ordered the 45 degree Helix. I'm not made of money to just order another one. The guy I chatted with over yesterday offered a 20% discount, but like I said now I'm stuck with a Helix I will never use, plus have to purchase different spring and weights for the primary which I don't know why they didn't say something when I text them I had the 1017 and 18 grams weights. Just very unhappy with it all.

Wife went and picked them up a week later. So now we are roughly half wall through Nov. took them to my Shop to have installed. Was still waiting for other parts from other place to arrive. Mechanic started working on Nov 28th. Found out that the parts that was purchased Here at the dealer were the wrong ones. Mechanic notified me on Dec 13. Finally got the rite parts from a different place. Mechanic compared the differences. Picked up parts from Mechanic on Dec 21st. Contacted this dealer. Talked with manager and was told that it only had a month for a refund. Yet it was a month between the time it was ordered and was told it was in. But yet with all calls to them. They state parts was in on Oct 6th. I asked how come no one told me that when I had called numerous times. He had no answer. Well needless to say I am out the money. $366 because the don't back what the sell and don't do enough research. They act like I have them the numbers and all. Ohh and they also told me this was supposed to be Yamaha Genuine Parts. But they was Aftermarket parts. Stay away if you want the rite parts and the customer service you deserve

One of the ATV's within the…read morefirst week the front wheel fell off due to having the wrong lug nuts installed also the back wheel was missing 2 lugs. This not only could've caused a terrible accident or death however left my son-in-law stranded in the woods in the rain for 4 hours. Had to return the ATV to have new wheels installed due to damage. During pickup we asked the dealership to make things right by simply offering a speaker and was told they would contact us back. No contact has been made. Had plans to make another purchase in the upcoming months however I will be visiting a different dealership. This is poor customer relations and obviously negligent service. I was sure hoping the new ownership would be better than the previous however that is not the case.

Brought my 700 grizzly to have fluids changed, axle boot replaced, and winch installed. Power…read morewashed the quad twice before bringing it to the shop (power washed over after trail riding, power washed a second time to remove dust from quad sitting for 6 months. Made sure all dust/dirt was washed off and areas being worked on were cleaned. I keep this bike in excellent, clean condition. Picked up quad two weeks later to find mud, dirt and rocks built up all throughout the undercarriage, wheel wells and on top of the bike. Areas that I specifically made sure there was ZERO debris, are now filled with lose clotted dirt and rocks. The four wheeler has 16 new miles on the odometer, and the gas tank went from 3/4 filled to nearly empty when I picked it up. The shop owner swears that no one would take my quad off-roading and that the dirt, mud and rocks could've come from "over spray when washing other quads near by". I asked him how golf ball sized rocks and caked mud/dirt can get in the axle areas and underplate by over spray. The odometer reading on their paperwork reads 0 miles in and 0 miles out although I watched him document the mileage when dropping it off. This shop 100% took my quad off roading into deep mud and did a terrible job trying to clean it and hide the evidence. I was actually planning on buying a 2022 hayabusa from this shops showroom until this happened. Potential customers beware of this shop. Terrible attitude from the team the entire experience as well.
