Broke, scared,vulnerable,the perfect combination for a scammer to immediately swoop in with promises of I will help you, you deserve a break to get on top. They thought I was stupid, thought they found I'm guessing another victim. This was well played. This definitely isn't their first time and it won't be their last. Run don't walk, scammer alert. They immediately offer you FREE services, you don't even ask for. They tell you they have been in your shoes, they know what its like to struggle. The give you false hope. That you wont have to hurry and get your car. The owner (yes the owner) of the company tell you i give you 30 days. I not charge you anything. Just pick up your car by 30 days. To good to be true, probably is. I didnt believe him luckily because after 5 days I reached out to touch base, get information on my car. The owner(yes owner) says that must have been my driver who said that to you. I am the owner you owe me $400. Not even two days later the total is $700 and they demand cash, only cash. I called UDOT they informed me that this company is breaking the law and to call them and inform them of that. They don't care, cash only he screams at me. He was surprised I didn't fall for his game I am hoping no one else has either. Companies like this need to be shut down. I happened to find AM/PM and they seemed to have a nice site. Honestly, I thought it would cost me a fortune to use them. But they quoted me $190!!! They did everything over the phone, and said they would meet me at a particular time. It was a wonderful service and they wrote very kind when they picked up the car. Even tho it was one hell of a day. He put a smile of my grumpy face!! It usually takes a lot!!! Really! Just very grateful for people like Alan, who do their job with a happy face. Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.

The integrity & amiability is hard to find in this industry, and I was so grateful for everything my driver (Ty) did for me and my family during the whole ordeal. Kevin showed up at my house on time for my appointment. He mounted the tires on the wheels easily. My Jeep drives perfect with the new tires and wheels it's super smooth.

First time using Utah Mobile Tire and it's like "welcome to the future, it's heavenly here." Punctual, even showed up a little early. Great communication, Kevin texted me earlier in the morning to confirm and also again when he was about 15 minutes away. Knowledgeable and well equipped, he had everything he needed and just got to work. Pleasant and kind, he engaged in conversation when I initiated and just kept working when I didn't. Happy to have them back for the next go around! The only criticism I would offer is he didn't bring coffee and bagels, because that's the only way I could see this experience being better than it was. Pricing was fair, a little higher than some discounted tire shops, 100% acceptable given the convenience of using his fuel to come right to my house and I could just go about my morning. Absolutely worth the time & money. Absolutely loved thier truck\trailer "tire shop on wheels" concept. Soooo much better than dying for 3 hours. I've had a few bad experiences with tire shops where they scratched wheels or ripped the bead on the tires. Turning 3 hours into 8 hours and 5 trips back to get made whole. FML! I had Kevin come this morning and mount tires on my basically brand new gangster wheels for my 4runner. Not a scratch in sight, in fact I think he cleaned them before putting them back on. I was happy to have him go ahead and swap another set for me onto my GTI and same thing, perfect outcome. Great conversation and was efficient with his time. The best part was I didn't die. At all. Not once!
