The communication with Giovany was extremely helpful and intuitive. I started my trip heading to Key West with the Indian chieftain but after about 60 miles the engine light went on, since it's not my bike and I didn't want to take any chances I stopped at the side of the highway pretty much in the middle of nowhere with half a bottle of drinking water.. I texted Giovany on WhatsApp and he was super helpful, he offered me to switch to BMW GS1250 or the Ducati multistrada for free and gave me an ETA of 45 minutes for his employee to come to me and switch bikes. (In the middle of nowhere!) The guy arrived in 40 minutes with cold water and a tank full of gas . We quickly switched bikes and I was back on my way to Key West. I honestly didn't expect a rental company the be so punctual and professional but BCG are just that good. Thank you guys for making my trip smooth and safe!

My husband and I were hoping to try on a few helmets to ensure that we could find the correct fit. It was anything but that. The sales person efforts were short, uninvolved, and disrespectful. Right away this sales person has the odacity to say to us that if we accidentally dropped a helmet, we would be liable for the cost. This statement was completely unwarranted. We're speechless. Really bad business. This is a pattern for this particular store. This is our third attempt to purchase something from them and every time it just gets worse.
