Thankfully, when I called their company, I was greeted with a nice man on the phone. He gave me an estimated price of $144 dollars, which was much more affordable than originally expected. After I paid, he sent one of his men to tow my car. Even though it was pouring rain outside, they still got my car back home. I felt like a weight was taken off my shoulder. Rate was reasonable and because I had no idea what shop to car to the owner/operator offered me a flat rate to get it to a shop the following week. So happy he kept his word and responded within an hour to take the car to a local shop at the quoted rate, polite, courteous and customer friendly.
