That meant I had lots of questions and needed help with paperwork, etc. They were great. CCW's competitive advantage is its design of the bikes. It sources from Asia and selects parts so that the bikes can be maintained by riders. I looked at the Honda 300F - another nice bike- but it could not compete with CCW's design. Highly recommended. Update 4 months later: I rode the bike all summer -almost 1,000 miles. Lots of fun and no issues at all. I'm about to put it away for the winter and wanted to share the positive experience. Note: At about 500 miles (break-in), the manual recommends a valve adjustment. I had this done at the local shop and it was $80. I changed the oil myself and that was easy. Very happy with the bike- thanks CCW!

Specific cases of people getting the shaft. Feeling mistrusting with this shop. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Took a bike here for a grinding noise and the shop replaced BOTH rotors and charged for parts and labor to only have the grinding still remain. I'll be taking this up for a third attempt to actually have the issue addressed this week. Also noticed that they phish for business when you arrive. Not sure if they are hurting for the business?? Red flag?

This was in no way TC's fault, the bike left Cleveland in perfect condition. After the bike arrived, I contacted TC to explain what happened during shipping. Scott apologized repeatedly, and immediately got to work ordering replacement parts. I have since received all the OEM replacement parts, and the bike is back to perfect. The customer service I received during the purchase process, and after the delivery, was nothing short of exceptional. I would not hesitate to do business with Triumph Cleveland again. Of all the places I shopped, I felt the most confident in the folks at Spin. Everyone was super friendly, greeted me timely, and guided me through the various options available. They were not pushy at all. Their location is convenient as it allows you to test drive some bikes on the side streets but also Madison Ave bike lanes just outside the front doors. I purchased a Cannondale Quick 5, but they also had some other hybrid options from both Cannondale and Specialized. Best value for the money, and even got 10% off any accessories for 30 days. After such a great experience, I'll certainly be back!

This exceptional world class facility is very affordable too. There are a couple rooms for BMX but the majority of this place has MTB and pump tracks. There is even a foam pit for stunts. The yellow trail is for novices but still fun for everyone! The green trail I could handle but was challenging. Everything else was for experts and some professionals. You can store your bike in a locker, bring your own, or rent. The bike rental was amazing and they let you swap between mountain bike, mini pump bike, and BMX bike. The only small improvement could be helmet rental which you can pick from a basket of sweaty helmets. There is ample parking outside the warehouse or you could catch an Uber taxi there. It's a very isolated industrial location.

Purchased a new '26 Street Glide that was in inventory at R&R, but I completed the sale & financing…read moreat their sister store Hall of Fame HD. During my couple hours at sister store, R&R had plenty of time to ready the bike for pickup. Drove almost an hour to get there and when I did, the bike wasn't inspected or detailed or QC'ed. Finally after all that was completed, I had to look over the bike myself and found some fairly minor cosmetic issues and through some back and forth, a couple guys took a pic or two of damages, but not all. Said they were putting in a warranty claim for the damages. Btw, selling dealership told me to not take delivery without inspecting for damages. R&R HD said they would be in touch to get the damages corrected. Almost two months later, no contact. I believe they were just trying to get me out of there. Finally took delivery and someone rode it out of shop and was going over some new features and the drawer pops out and hits the tank. Luckily no damage and bike had to go back to service again. They adjusted it, and I was finally on my way after a couple hours. But still no contact about warranty claim, no follow up by either dealership on the purchase itself either. Paid over MSRP (not including taxes on top of that). You'd think between the two dealerships (same owner), that I'd be a pretty valuable customer to make a return customer. Guess not.

Mike Merriman was my sales associate and he went above and beyond to get me into the right bike. Dealership is huge with a great selection of new and used bikes. Parts and accessories available is overwhelming. When you buy a bike here, you ring this bell and they play your song of choice over the dealership speakers while some of the guys fire up random bikes and beep the horns and rev the engines. Definitely a unique buying experience you won't soon forget!

I won't use them again…read more While I was initially impressed with their turn-around time, I told them I needed my bike ready for a long, multi-day ride. I also had to buy extra inner tubes for the ride -- and when they didn't have my size, the guy said the next size up would work (didn't -- too big). I had a TON of mechanical problems during the ride and had to be SAG-ed in at several points. Nothing on the bike was working right -- and one of the mechanics on the ride told me that Joy Machines should have noticed and fixed several of the issues (or at least warned me about them). I decided to give them a try after a friend recommended them -- and it was a terrible mistake. Never again.
