This is the result of Western Reserve Honda in Mentor, Ohio doing repairs to my best friends brand new 21 Tour. It was in the shop to fix an intermittent stalling concern and a rear tpms sensor not reading. The bike was dropped off freshly detailed and ceramic coated and it was returned filthy and looks like it was wiped off with a dirty rag because there are clear scratches all over the bike now. They must have made a mistake in programming becuase they had to order a whole new pcm and two new keys. It was a whole ordeal trying to get a key code for programming from Honda and that took days of waiting. The left hand tie rod bushing was torn out, and the tech tried to hide his mistake by using washers to try and fix the damage. You can see the extra washer under the nut compared to the right hand side. They tried to say that this damage was from us installing Helibars on the bike. They also said that the stalling concern was due to the risers pinching the clutch hose. And they did us a 'favor' in getting the repairs covered under warranty. Neither of us are confident in the repairs done. Now we have to take the bike back apart and recheck and retorque all the fasteners that were removed. We have between the two of us purchased probably 20+ motorcycles from this dealership and this is the treatment we get. We've made a claim to Honda about the poor repairs and the damage done to the bike. The dealership paid for the new bushing, the scratched trim plate and the scratched cluster bezel trim. I am an auto dealership tech with almost 20 years experience and this is embarrassing. I am embarrassed for the dealership and for their tech who though that this was an appropriate condition to return a brand new Goldwing with 700 miles back to the customer. Just For Fun has our business now. Just purchased out new 2022 Navi from Brian and he was fantastic.

Always a friendly experience. You can tell this is still one of the few family owned and operated dealerships out there. Customer for life!

Pat Schudel…read more Without fail this man has single-handedly shown what it means to be a service professional. Ordinarily your service writers at auto dealerships up here and disappear on a frequent basis and there really is no stability but not this guy. This guy came with the woodwork. We are on Q7 number 2 from Audi of mentor and it's not just the sale that the service after the sale. Every single time this guy just does not fail to exceed all expectations. This particular Audi dealership has customers from as far away as Sandusky Columbus and Erie PA. Why? Aren't there Audi dealers in those cities? Yes but it's the service that you get at Audi of mentor. Shuttle service: they provide a shuttle service where they have a number of retirees that will drive you back and forth if you just need a ride home or they'll come pick your car up and then bring it back after service. What? Most dealerships also do a video where they explain what they found but the tech that worked on my car was particularly detailed and oriented to resolving my issue. Which was also followed up by a phone call and email from Pat. I went to go get it last night he said no don't worry about it we'll just deliver it in the morning and lo and behold at 8:30 in the morning my car showed up. For reference our Q7 was a Audi certified and we get treated like royalty at this place. Guarantee you we are going to go back.

We called to have our 2025 Q7 serviced with an oil change and recall notice. It took 4 calls and…read moremessages for them to call us back, only after we told them how many times, we tried to contact them for service. We were told to drop it off at 7:30 am. They said it would be 4-5 hours for the service. We TRIED to call them at 5:30pm and only got their voice message machine. We again called them the following morning, only to leave a voice message. When we finally got a call back (10:30am), they said they will call back at 1:00pm, and here itis 2:30 and still NO CALL BACK. Terrible service dept.

After my parked Tesla Model 3 was hit, the person's insurance led me to D & S. D & S received my…read morevehicle the morning of 10/29 and did not assess and submit a supplemental until 11/11 which the insurance approved immediately. D&S kept me in the loop and provided thorough information about the repairs needed and how the technicians would achieve this process in a timely manner. Once the assessment was complete, I was informed if parts came timely repairs would be done the first week of December at the top of the week and I'd be able to pick up my vehicle then. Harley did a wonderful job of communicating each step with me providing a timeline of when my vehicle would be ready. I was then informed it would take more time to put my vehicle back together than previously anticipated so my vehicle would be ready by 12/05 rather than the top of the week. Harley let me know the team was unable to complete putting my vehicle back together by EOD and my vehicle would be ready by 12/08 at the earliest and 12/09 at the latest along with approval from the insurance company of a second and final supplement for the labor to put my vehicle back together that the team did not originally anticipate. Calibrations and clean up weren't complete until 12/09. Harley then informed me the service writer was unable to finish sending the information to the insurance company by EOD 12/09. 12/10 the information / final supplement was sent over to the insurance company to review. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle 12/12 after I called the insurance company several times to expedite their review of the supplement money needed for the extra labor costs of putting my vehicle back together which D&S did not anticipate during their initial review. D&S finished calibrations and cleanup 12/09 but would not release it until they received the supplement from the insurance for the extra labor costs. The body work looks and feels amazing, you cannot tell my rear bumper was replaced. Only downsides, the technician my mom and I spoke to was unable to tell us if the vehicle had a full paint job. Once I went to my vehicle I was unable to access it as the technician forgot to take it out of service mode. I went back into the shop to find someone to take this out of service mode. My panel under my hood of car was not put back, however I popped this back on myself. I appreciate Harley's customer service and updates. The repair team unfortunately left me feeling unnerved about all the 'unexpected' extra work necessary after their review.

However, the repairs ended up taking nearly a month. For the first 8-10 days, the vehicle sat idle in the parking lot without any repair work, damage assessment, or parts evaluation being done, which significantly contributed to the delay. They may have been busy with a high volume of vehicles, this was never clearly communicated to me upfront. I was not informed about any delays unless I personally called to check on the status.
