It's a tiny old-school ice cream stand, done up in tropical/surfer garb. There was a taco truck beside it, but I'd had lunch. The menu is somewhat Latin American, but there are the usual favorites too. They had signs for a "mangolada," and though I didn't know what it was I got one. I usually go for the specialty of the house- there's often a reason for its being one. I assumed it would be something like a pina colada with mango added, but no: mango juice, lime juice, mango chunks, and hot pepper powder on the rim and throughout the drink. Not very hot, just a tingle, mostly cold and refreshing just with a little zip. Perfect on a warm spring day. Service was fast and friendly. Prices are good. Parking could be tight at busy times, so be careful. Definitely a place I'd visit a lot when in town.

The caramel pecan popcorn was so good I didn't even get a picture! Heavenly and delicious! The popcorn and huge pecans were coated perfectly. There was a nice ratio of popcorn to nuts. Usually places skimp on the nuts. Not here. The other flavor we got was Caramel Vanilla Butternut Mix. Can't wait to try it!
