He did NOT resolve the issue and also laughed on the phone stating he couldn't fix the issue because it was not their fault they didn't get it right. He said he could charge me for a large and small that would make up for the medium incorrect and also the missing pizza. I work in management and I have never experienced such a rude manager. Ken literally laughed and said he had to get back to cooking and hung up. Now we are left to go find pizza somewhere else while hosting a pre k graduation at home. Way to ruin the day.
