We went for a quick 2 night stay for my birthday we were very impressed. So close to home so we will be back. Room: we were in a King east wind 6th floor over looking the golf course. Beautiful room the bed omg was so comfortable. I napped both days so peacefully. The bathroom was beautiful. We never did figure out the handheld part of the shower my husband and I both tried and could not get it going. Casino: too smoky for me I can't stand the smell and it permeated all the way up to our room. I wanted to try roulette but I'm so intimidated so I walked away both days. I wish they offer newbie tables. I did however find the Wizard of Oz machine and I was hooked. Can't wait to go back and sit longer. Food: we ate at Guy Fieri's first night it was good but too much and no refrigerator to leave in the room which makes me so mad. My birthday dinner was at the Bistecca's and it was truly amazing. The dinner was great. POOL: COLD! I was so looking forward to the hot tub but it was all way too cold. It was beautiful and the food for lunch there was great. But I can't enjoy a cold indoor pool. Mount Airy was a destination I was excited about. The kids went to bed for Grandma so my wife and I and my pops were able to get away. We ubered here and the selection of slots were very nice for nowadays (the golden age of slots were about 10-15 years ago but for 2026 I was happy with what they have) also the table games have the lowest minimums I've seen in a very long time. $5 Three-Card, $5 Texas Holdem... All I need is drinks! Well on this particular day there were no drink servers pacing the casino floor. Which is disappointing, theres always the unwritten rule (I'm most likely gonna lose my money, but at least I'm getting some free drinks) at least that's in my head lol Playing on a table for 3 hours and not getting one free drink is not okay in my book. So I had to get up once in a while to go to a bar to purchase a drink. Which also ends at 1:45 then at 2:00 there is someone that goes around that makes sure you're not drinking alcohol. Which is crazy, they can't supply a server for drinks but they can get the drink police on you! A great casino could be a lot better in my opinion. read more

What they clean the rooms with is unmistakable. They should package it because it is that good and smells great. Our initial greeter was Jo at guest service. Having already been there for 15 years she offered us a late checkout. With her experience she can do this. Thank you. We enjoyed the pool a little more the next morning. We absolutely love the casino- what a great stay! Only thing I'd say is there should be a walkway from the cafe side and the west tour that does not involve walking through the casino- we did not see one and it was a far walk. The pool should also be heated, it was so cold when we went in!! The rest of the stay was incredible. We absolutely loved the food and the fact that the guy fieri restaurant is open sooo late (it's such a nice touch!). Next time we come we will definitely play golf and try the buffet (it wasn't open today as it was Monday and they open on Wednesday.) the drinks are good at the tables as well, the servers come around with a nice frequency. Although I lost I loved my night and found it to be a very romantic getaway. Best part? 21 and older for the entire property!!! read more

Located in northeastern Pennsylvania, Mount Airy Casino Resort is a relaxing escape in the well known, majestic Pocono Mountains. I came here for a birthday weekend celebration and I must be honest....I thought to myself ......who celebrates a big milestone bday in all places "The Poconos!? I mean when it comes to birthdays and vacations, my brain is often wired for tropical destinations, beachfront Vistas, or something more at an upbeat pace. But, I must admit. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Mount Airy Casino resort. From the moment that we stepped through the doors, you are greeted with a welcoming hospitality and check-in crew that were very helpful with providing you things to do places to go and see. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very accommodating, spacious with one of the most comfortable king sized beds. The hotel grounds were immaculate very clean. Nothing dated a sleazy about this place that's for sure. The food options, day pool lounge and casino..... were all an added plus++ that made this place even more worth it as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I was made of a believer. I actallly had an amazing time filled with both fun and R&R....and found myself considering to stay over another night. If you're looking for a relaxing, more low key, five to celebrate special occasion or just for a quick getaway weekend..... you can't go wrong staying here. The only gripe I would say I had was with the in room snacks and wet bar.... You will be charged basically if you touch or even breathe on the items! lol. But all aside,, with the backdrop of a great outdoorsy feel and small town vibe and local eats/shopping.... Just dislike when you come up to a machine and you want to play, and a significant other if a person playing is sitting in a seat of the machine that you want to play. Then when you ask them to move since they're just sitting there not playing they cop an attitude with you. And I wish they stopped with the smoking in there, the casino floor is too small to have it all in one area, transfer around the whole floor. read more

While I enjoyed the casino..Trying to park in a handicap space was a disaster. Being handicap it's important that the blue striped accessible space be clear so I can open my door completely to exit the vehicle. On my most recent visit I observed all of the striped spaces , which according to law, where used as parking spaces. There is also a $250 fine for parking in those spaces. Upon leaving the casino and arriving at my car, I could got get into my car due to a car parked next to me in that space. I waited over 30 minute until the owner arrived with no security patrolling the parking lot. Why would Mt. Airy condone this behavior. I don't think I will be visiting anytime soon as I can't take the chance of The Casino not enforcing handicap parking rule. Im afraid this can happen again. read more

We stayed at Mt Airy Casino Resort for four nights in July of 2026. It was our first visit to this resort. Our large two-room suite was appointed nicely, very clean and modern. The large bathroom was spotless and the total cost of the room was reasonable. The staff, room service and bell hops were all nice, friendly, helpful and informative. There was no noise from the adjacent rooms. We would make this facility an annual vacation destination except for the policy of allowing smoking on the casino floor. In the year 2026, with all we now know about the health effects of tobacco smoke, the facility management should not allow indoor smoking. Also, putting the documented and long known negative health effects to your patrons and staff aside, statistically, less than 13% of the adult population of the U.S. are smokers. This means that 87% of the U.S. adult population, at an "adults only" resort, would be put off by this outdated and dangerous policy. From a financial point of view, it could only benefit your fine resort to abandon this Casino floor pro-smoking policy. Finally, to get to the restaurants you need to go through the smoke filled casino. I would have been happy to eat our meals on site but did not want to be exposed to the hazardous environment. The smoking situation is a real "turn off" and alienates a large percentage of the adult population. Please move your "show place" facility into the 21 Century and abolish the smoking in the Casino. We want to return and fully enjoy all the amenities that your facility has to offer! read more

The Casino was nice, the guy at the bar though made snarky remarks about my wife and I ordering soda (we don't drink) saying things like "ma'am this is a bar" and proceeded to gossip to another bartender that we weren't drinking alcohol. The hotel it self was nice, room was clean and comfy. but the rule of not letting customers take the cart for our luggage is honestly wack. Pool was nice, little cold. We were of course upset but after speaking with the manager Alexis she was very polite and professional when explaining everything. We appreciate the time she took to speak to us . I was very disappointed with the hotel. First I did not care for the fact I had to have my car valet parked. I have nothing against valets and the ones there are great .It's just that I come and go alot and its easier to self park. the only self parking they have is really for the casino and a very long walk to the hotel. Not a big deal but the tv did not work correctly and probably should be checked periodically when cleaning the room. Something I thought was irritating was we were warned not to touch items that were laid out on the table (snacks,water,etc.) because if we even picked them up there were sensors that would charge us for that item. They should be in a cabinet or something so they did not get accidentally knocked over or picked up. I will say the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Stayed here with my fiancé for his bday around January 4th. This resort was ok be aware there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms which sucks and we wasted alot of food not being able to store food or reheat the food back up. Parking is a mess and it's so far away from the resort in order to get a close parking spot u have to tip valet very well for them to let u park steps away from the hotel . Other than that the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. Probably wouldn't pick this resort again read more

The action here is non stop for a Wednesday afternoon it gave a vibe of Saturday night. A lot of excitement also Several restaurants are available for dining anchored by Guy Fieri Mr. Pocono kitchen. The only drawback is SMOKING IS ALLOWED. So if you can't tolerate the smell pass this place by. Even the very small section for NON SMOKERS you still can smell it. As a former smoker I can tolerate a little puff but this place is ridiculous. With all the money they're making they could invest in a better air purifier and filtration system. Labor Day Weekend! My BF and I came here for a relaxing weekend. Upon check in we requested a mini fridge for our room which was promptly brought up. The fridge is available for a $25 per day fee. While checking in I paid for the room (so I thought) and the fridge fee. Housekeeping stopped by daily, I must say they did a good job. Always replenishing toiletries, towels and coffee maker items. When we left the do not disturb sign on the door they were respectful of that as well. We dined at 4 out of the 5 eateries.... Guy Fieri's, The Buffet, Lucky 8 Noodles & Bistecca by IL Mulino (all will have their own review) with Lucky 8 Noodles being our fave. The night staff at Guy Fieri's needs a crash course in customer service. We utilized the pool on Labor Day which was very chill. Cabanas and day beds are available for rent with lounge chairs being first come first serve. They also have a pool menu with pool staff frequently circling to take orders and deliver food. The morning of check out I received a text message with instructions on how to check out via mobile. When I followed the link it stated I had a balance which was equivalent to the room rate already paid upon check in. So of course I skip the mobile check out and go to the front desk to check out because clearly something isn't right. Customer service at the front desk explained upon check in they put a hold on your CC for the room rate along with daily incidentals ($50 per day). Upon check out you actually pay for the room rate. Keep in mind depending on how long you stay the originally hold is still pending so essentially you're paying twice. That's what happened to me. The hold fell off a few days after check out. I think that process is absolutely absurd. The room rate should be charged and collected upon check in. read more

Me and a couple friends took and uber up here on Saturday night on memorial day weekend to have some fun and gamble, we came in very hungry and decided to try there little pizzeria which turned out to be horrible, The pizza is the most mediocre crap I've ever had these 2 poor kids making the pizza seemed very miserable, the multimillion dollar casino can only provide easy bake ovens to make their pizzas, nothing but 20 minute lines to get your crap food, the bar is unfortunately just as crap, 20 minutes between drinks is ridiculous, showed up sober as a butterfly left sober as a dog, all I tried to order was a beer and a shot and I can only have 1 at a time every 20 minutes? They have a little coffee shop and I got an iced coffee but when I went to pay, I was charged two dollars more than what was advertised. After our company spent tens of thousands of dollars for our annual holiday dinner, I was humiliated and treated like a dirty dog by the hands of a so called security woman.. After consuming 2 alcoholic beverages at their bar i was told i was "intoxicated" and to leave the premises with the threat of physical force and state police intervention. I will never return to this place ever ever again. This place owes me a apology at the very least and for the first time in my life i may consult an attorney to seek legal remedy for the defamation made on me in front of dozens of my colleagues. I visited the resort formerly known as "Beautiful Mount Airy Lodge," (sing it with me if you remember 90's NYC radio)! We were there for a corporate event with about 50 people. The facility was clean and nicely renovated. Rooms appeared fresh and newly updated. Once inside, there is no need to leave, as they have everything you could want in the facility. Since it was a corporate event, I only ate catered meals in the ball room areas. The food was not wonderful, and this was the only drawback. Dinner one night was buffet style. The meat was dry, and the sides didn't have very good flavor. This was a common complaint from other people in my party, as well. It rained extremely hard while we were there, so I didn't play golf, however, some of the people in my group played in the thunderstorm and said it was a good course. Would go back, but want to try the actual restaurants next time to see if non-catered cuisine is better. read more

Buffet is terrible and it's dirty in casino you can't get a drink for over an hour and they take forever to bring your drink order if you can even find a drink person. Drinks are very weak. The restaurants are also terrible except for lucky 8 which is great and it's so cold in casino. The slots never take your players card and never pay out you win maybe every 10 visits. We used to love going here and bringing up friends but no more. Besides changing the slot machines so often the cards barely work and when we go to get our comp room, it's never available. We spent so much money there, but not recorded because of their card readers not working. It's a shame, but I hear it more often that people are taking the ride to the other casinos due to all this change. As for the food, not good at all. The buffet is terrible with no flavor. The dessert may be the only thing okay. The restaurants used to be good as well but we got sick from them. The smoke smell goes throughout and is terrible. read more

The property is beautiful and up to date with an amazing staff at check-in as well with the Valet service. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and comfortable - and the hotel is quiet. My only issue is a small one: The housekeeping staff is thorough, efficient, and excellent. However, at 10:00 AM they were extremely loud while talking in the hall. Like many at such a property, I'm a night owl and had only been sleeping for a few hours. All the housekeepers had to do was enter a room they had cleaned and speak there. In addition, even with a "Do Not Disturb" tag on my door, a housekeeper knocked at 10:20 AM. I had not checked out yet and still had some time left. Since I was checking out on a Monday morning, there should not have been a major rush to turn rooms around. I look forward to staying here again because it's a great escape in the Poconos. read more

this resort could be great, but it has some major flaws...the place wreaks of cigarette smoke in the casino...there is no non-smoking area for people trying to avoid lung cancer...the slots are some of the tightest I have ever seen...the food selections are meh and the spa, was fully booked just for a day pass, I had a very slow drain in the sink...the casino has a depessing feel to it and attracts a lot of unkempt people and seniors gambling away their social security checks...all in all a must miss...much better options in Atlantic City! And let me say one more thing to the geniuses that are running this operation...making the slots unwinnable costs you in the long run...mount airy is closer than AC to where I live in New York and I probably would have made many more trips here if you controlled the blood letting...but now, this is a one and done! read more

The free drinks are a scam there's not a drop of alcohol in them, if you're lucky enough to even be offered one. It's unfortunate because the building is nice and in a good location. Service, EXCEPT the Peruvian Valet woman, was HORRENDOUS!!! BEFORE check-in, we called and SPECIFICALLY asked, "Is there smoking ON the premises?" Their answer, "No." Upon our arrival, smoking ON the premises. Requested a "regular" refrigerator, they stated, "We will waive the $26 fee, as a courtesy." We kept waiting, waiting and waiting and calling and calling and calling for the arrival of the mini fridge, over an hour and close to midnight....STILL NO FRIDGE. After REPEATED calls, the front desk argued and lied again about their waiver and said, "we won't do it" versus what they initially stated. This type of arrogant, disingenuous, rude behavior is appalling and has never happened, not even at less prestigious accommodations. On the strength of customer service, they should have HONORED their initial word to us. Even IF and that's a BIG "IF", there was a simple misunderstanding, they should have and could have easily "comped" their mistake. We will NEVER, EVER stay here again. ONLY because we were supporting our 85+ yo aunts were we here in the first place! NEVER EVER AGAIN! The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are nice, BUT if you are planning to go swimming in the indoor pool, prepare to be uncomfortably cold. I was disappointed that the pool was not warmer. Also, there are hard working valet's at the hotel, however, there was one that was noticeably unhappy, talking under his breath, tearing out of the unloading area very fast with peoples cars. It was just obvious, he was not happy doing what he was doing. Several people who were there looked at each other and said "Wow!" I don't know if they are under undo pressure or if he was just having a rough day. Either way, that was an experience. read more

A beautiful property, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Incredible staff, welcoming, and happy to do whatever they can to enhance your stay. Excellent rooms, quiet, and well appointed. The Keurig coffee makers in each room are a nice touch. Valet parking and bellman made arrival quick and painless. Kudos to Angela at the front desk, Sonny the bellman, and the entire spa staff. Wonderful indoor/outdoor pool. The casino is, as all such casinos are, too loud and noisy. All of the restaurants are off the casino floor and Il Bistecca Mulino was our favorite (separate review).
