PROs: + good "spring" water (if you opt for the spring water) + rental of dispenser + easy-to-use website + additional items can be purchased such as coffee cups, lids, etc. CONs: - deliveries are inconsistent, unpredictable - high delivery fees - inexplicable billing charges on invoices - delivery instructions are routinely ignored The rental of the water cooler is a nice feature if you don't want to pay for a unit yourself. Aside from that, it's heavily overpriced in large part due to the $13.99 delivery fee they charge all customers. I suppose that is the price of having these heavy bottles brought to and from your place on a schedule, but it certainly isn't explained during sign-up that you will be charged that with every delivery. Their website is fairly easy to navigate, and it's easy to "skip a delivery" if you have enough bottles of water that you don't need more. The more annoying thing is they have no actual fixed schedule, just an idea of when they'll deliver. Sometimes it's the day they tell you, other times it's the day before or after. The times aren't consistent either, so you have to be available from 8am to 8pm and somewhere in that time slot, they might deliver. If you have empties that need to be picked up, those better be ready by the door, because our delivery driver will only drop them in the immediate entryway despite repeated efforts to get them to deliver the bottles into our break room. The empties end up piling up in the break room because I don't want them cluttering up our entryway during business hours. read more

FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES. CHECK YOUR BILLS, DO THE MATH YOURSELF. we discovered hundreds of dollars of theft over a five year period of business with them. It took a year of monthly phonecalls and lied and broken promises to fix the account and refund our money. They refused to close the account while we were trying to get the money back. We finally had to get the state attorney general involved to sort out the situation, and wouldn't to know it the refund immediately happened, and for the account closed. I am tired of their delivery trucks blocking out residential street! Today Truck #01-10089, License Plate Y10 00A, parked right in the middle of the street. Two of us who live here stuck behind truck. We honked at driver and he just shrugged at us. There was a place for him to pull to the side but he refused. So--- SO disappointed in Mt. Olympus water. Purchased a 225 $ unit to dispense the water. It did not work Purchased the hand pump that fits on the top of the 5 gallon water bottle. tried to insert it into the bottle and the tube came apart, fell into the 5 gallon bottle. SO-- still cannot get water out of the BIG container suppose to have water delivered 2 days ago. Short review; Terrible water service don't get your water delivered from here! (As a former customer for 2+ years)Go to water wellness they are a local, fantastic service. Now here is the reasoning; 1. Astronomical prices- they charge you over $150 a month for minimal water delivery, and do a ridiculous charge for the water dispenser that they will sometimes charge you twice a month for. They have charged my account several times for miscellaneous fees, random amounts, and have several different charges a month which make billing extremely confusing. 2. Terrible customer service - any time I have called to ask about billing they'll put you on hold, talk over you and not let you explain what charges are on your account. If you try to cancel they will offer you a better price even if you had been with them for over 2 years, and then if you need a refund they'll withhold it until you call back in claiming they have the wrong card information although they have made several charges to your account. Mt.Olympus uses Primo water for distribution. Ordered a cooler and water to be delivered on 7/28/24. They never came. 8/8/24 delivery of wrong product, ordered spring water was given purified water. Called and asked for the spring water supposed to be delivered last week. They didn't show up. Said they would come on 8/19, again did not show up. 8/21 delivery of purified water and not the spring water I had ordered. Canceled service. They are horrible, customer service was nice but nothing ever changed with delivery or getting what I paid for. read more

Stay away from this company at ALL costs. Even if this is your only option for water delivery you're better off just picking up water yourself from somewhere else. They have one job...deliver and pick up water. They can't manage to do that. They consistently just don't show up when they're supposed to, don't bring the right number of bottles and don't even drop off equipment at the right address. When we sold our house it took us call after call after call to try to get someone to pick up the equipment. Customer service LIES straight to you on the phone and just gives you the run around to get you off the line. It doesn't matter what they say, you have about a 30% chance of it actually being true or having a delivery driver actually show up. They refused to give us a place to drop off our equipment even after our house had sold and we were leaving that day to move 350 miles away. This is after trying over and over to get the equipment picked up. If it was one or two employees I'd just say it was bad workers and not blame the company or even leave a review. My company has been using Mount Olympus Water for years. Sadly the company has gone waaaaaaaaaaaay down hill. The costumer service is garbage. The people are incompetent to say the least. We've had problem after problem with deliveries, not getting what we asked for and calling customer service then again not getting what we ask for. This last time they were supposed to deliver water (we were completely out) we called Monday and they were supposed to come Tuesday (didn't show), called at the end of Tuesday and they said they'd be their Wednesday (didn't show), called again Wednesday and they said they'd come Thursday for sure (didn't show). Waited until 5pm and called and they said oh we can't come until for another week! After multiple promises that they'd be there. So we canceled their service yesterday night. Today they show up to pick up the empty bottles and equipment. Funny. You can't do what you're supposed to do, what you say you'll do then show up fast to pick up your stuff. I'm highly disappointed in this company. If your customer service can't keep their word and communicate with the systems and each other properly then you should fire them. This company is a joke. I will tell anyone and everyone to never use them. They lost a good customer because of their incompetence and failure to provide quality service. Shame on you MOW. I found it to be a huge rip off. Their billing is difficult to understand the cost is excessive. They do not tell you about the very high delivery fee. The billing seems deceptive as you can't get a running total of all the items and the dates. If you want to cross reference a billing you have to go into the website and print down each bill individually. There is no way a company this large doesn't have a billing and credit history they can access in a couple of clicks. A water delevery client cannot get a copy of the history to try and figure out. I was promised that someone would look into it on more than one occasion. The only time you can speak to a person is when you are starting service and when you are cancelling service. I tried three times to cancel I was promised that my concerns would be looked into. I relented and didn't cancel. Anyone who I spoke to about cancelling would promise to figure out why I had not been credited for bottles and call me back. No contact nor was there an email explaining what they found during the time I had service. To add insult to injury there were times the water tasted worse that what came out of the tap. I wasted so much money it was easier to pay for a water system that was on sale at US Water systems. The water is consistantly very good and the filters last a long time. read more

BUYER BEWARE! If you were suckered into buying their service at Costco, contact the store that you were sold at and talk with management. Tell them a vendor they allowed to sell in Store committed Fraud and has not followed through on the agreement. It only takes a few complaints and then Costco wont allow scammers and frauds like them to sell in store anymore. A breach of contract is a violation of any of the agreed-upon terms and conditions of a binding contract. Don't ever buy any of there products, I caught them charging me for things on my bill I never paid or agreed to. The associate at Costco told me it was a pay as you go deal and they Would give me about eight jugs of water and I repeatedly called them and told them to only send me a few at a time by the time I finished with the eight jugs of water they already set my account to collections and charged me for the dispenser even after I told them I didn't want to buy it or own it. This may have been a good locally owned company at one point but they have since been bought up by a national company that value engineered customer service into the dirt. You can use their dumpster fire of a website to schedule delivery but don't expect to get what you actually order. The website will change your order quantity without any notification. When you actually get a delivery there is a 50/50 chance the driver will just drop off whatever he wants. I scheduled an order of 6 bottles every two weeks yesterday when I checked the website my order was changed to 3.. I received 2 bottles on my porch yesterday. This is the 3rd time I have had to unscrew this scenario over a year. Think you can just hop on the phone and call someone who cares? Think again the phone system has been recently redesigned in to a maze of automated options and dead ends. When you finally get to the support queue expect to wait on hold for over an hour for what seems like one of three over worked and under paid cranky agents to help you.... I just wanted a few bottles of water but the amount of effort was equivalent to working with someone else's insurance to pay an auto claim every other month. There is a local company here in the rocky mountains that is more than willing to earn your water delivery service. Mt Olympus makes you feel like you should be earning theirs. Update: After cancelling my account and receiving my final bill they are now raising the price per bottle $1.50 for the "Working with the insurance on my claim" level of customer service. They also took the liberty to assess an "SWG Credit Card Adjustment" of 21.31 to my account. read more

Not sure why all these reviews are so bad. I talked to them at Costco, they said someone would contact me in the next week to schedule an install and delivery. Six days went by and I got a call from the delivery guy saying he would be in the area that day and could install the cooler. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was very polite and explained the process well. Told me the number he called me on was his work cell phone and I could call or text him if I needed anything but would otherwise just be by every other Tuesday to switch out my empty bottles for filled ones. This service has so far met or exceeded my expectations. And the water tastes great, couldn't ask for anything different. read more

Their driver finally came by to pick up the dispenser and no new one saying they were closing my acct. He was malicious and basically ripped it out of the wall causing the power on an expensive salt water tank. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not use them. I signed up online through my Costco membership and was excited to have our water delivery set up. They were supposed to arrive on Thursday (1/21/2021). I took the time off work to be home for the delivery and NO ONE every showed up. I called and could only get ahold of the call center who said the order was delayed until the following Tuesday (1/26/2021). Again, I took the day off work to be home. I called (the only number available is the call center) to get the estimated arrival time of delivery. They finally had the delivery driver call me only to inform me "because of COVID" they DON'T SERVICE MY AREA. Why was I allowed to sign up, make an account, talk to a representative about my delivery date, and then find out they were never going to deliver? Now waiting for the manager (Christian Ault in Salt Lake City) to call back. Let's see how long this takes... I give Christian credit...he did call, but problem not solved. Communication is key. Well that famous prison scene, where an innocent man finally escapes from prison is how my wife and I feel about finally leaving MT Olympus water. GONE will be the days of them promising to show up to deliver on hot summer days and just blowing off the delivery. GONE will be the days of requesting 8 or more bottles of water and hearing, "Welllll, I only have 2 on the truck..sorry". GONE are the days of lugging all the bottles out of the garage and then having to lug them all back in after the lastest "blow off". GONE are the days of calling customer service and hearing, "Sorry, the driver wont pickup the phone. Nothing we can do!!" We tried to cancel and the driver suddenly kept trying to call us to make a delivery. NOW he wants to show up??!!! After years of head games and stress of hoping to get those famous muddy bottles of water that we had to wipe down with a rag to clean off the dirt. I think he finally got the hint and told us he would reluctantly cancel the account.. I held my wife as a gentle tear slowly crawled down her cheek. She said softly, "I don't believe it. Is this really happening. I love you so much. Tell me it's over??. " I looked her in the eye and replied, "We made it. We're safe. If we can make it through this company, we can do anything" and we hugged for what seemed like hours. We are seeing counseling for the experience and we do have some trust issues now with new companies but for us, the nightmare is over and the rest of our life together is just beginning. I cancelled my services Olympus Waters early October 2013 because I was not satisfied with their services. They had my key and was supposed to come into my home to replenish the water bottles but they left it outside instead. For Two months, I called the office and tried very hard to work with them. The office kept promising me that they will bring it in on the next delivery. By the third delivery, I got fed up with their empty promises. I gave them a warning that I will have to cancel the contract if they do not come in on the next delivery. By the first scheduled delivery of October, they left the bottles outside again and I ended up with so many bottles in my closet. I no longer had room for my vacuum cleaner and other things that should have went into the closet. I called the office again and nicely explained the whole situation and cancelled the contract. While cancelling the contract, the office had made the arrangement with me by having someone come by the next day to pick up the cooler and all of the bottles that I no longer wanted on my property. The office had also agreed to have their driver call my cellphone an hour before stopping by. I wanted to be there to pick up my key and make sure they got their cooler and all of the water bottles. The next day, I never got the call from the driver or the office on my cellphone at all. When I got home, I found out that the local office had called my home and left the message instead of my cellphone. I called the office again and I was really getting tired of playing games with them. I told them that they have one more chances to pick up the coolers and bottles within 24 hours or else. The office had promised me that they will send someone out and will call my cellphone. Of course, they never called or came. I had to call the office again and explained the situation AGAIN. This time, I gave the office a final warning that if they don't pick up the cooler all of their bottles within 24 hours. I also explained after 24 hours the cooler and bottles will be illegally trespassing my property and they are not allowed to come by after that point. Again, the office made another promises that they will send someone out with my key and take their cooler and bottles. I was not at all surprised that they never came as promised. They did not even bothered to call me to make another arrangements. 3 weeks later, I came home and noticed a key on the floor of my foyer right by my door. I knew that they had illegally stopped by. I checked the cooler and they took it but they did not take the bottles. I should have changed the lock but it would have cost me about 100 bucks which I didn't have. As of December 2nd, I got charged for the bottles that they did not picked up. When I called them, they said I did not cancelled the contract till November plus they wanted to know exactly how many bottles I had. I got really upset because they lied about the cancellation date and attempted to charge me even more. I don't recommend them at all. You are better off by buying a cooler and replenish your bottle from your local grocery store. I tasted the purified water that I got from the local grocery store and I realized that they tasted exactly the same. I could not help but to wonder if they actually came from the same plant that purified the water except it is much cheaper. read more

Had guests coming in for Labor Day. Scheduled delivery was Friday and they didn't leave my refill bottles. Called and waited on hold for 7 minutes and they just hung up. Called and asked for them to deliver. They refused. Asked for a credit they refused. Waited 1:00 hour to speak to a supervisor and finally hung up. I don't normally write scathing reviews but it's warranted here. Called to have my first water and cooler delivered on a Wednesday- they did not show up. Called them again (after waiting on hold for 20 minutes) and rescheduled for Friday. They did not show up again. Called them back (after another 20 minutes on hold) to be told that there is nothing they can do about delivering the water that day. I asked to speak with a manager and he confirmed that there is nothing they could do. I cancelled my account altogether. Water.com is the absolute worst company I have ever encountered in my entire life. I had their service when I lived in San Diego as well (they are the only ones I could find that carry sparkletts water) and I was constantly frustrated with missed water deliveries and random charges on my credit card. I'd give them NO stars if I could. They call you the day before they are supposed to service your account, but never show up that day. When you call to schedule another day, they don't come then either. When your cooler needs to be serviced they try and exchange it for a much older model, or tell you what went wrong is all your fault. Worst delivery service and customer service in the world. I waited on hold for 56 minutes when I was told the wait was less than 15, and when I finally got an agent they were not helpful at all. I received a $50 off first months bill in the mail, which is why I signed up. When I signed up, I ended up paying $60 (in bottle deposit fees, and route fees, etc) and they did not honor my discount. They no called no showed my first delivery (that I had to wait 2 weeks after signing up since they are "backed up") and they already charged my card for the delivery. When I go online, it shows no recent transactions, even tho I already paid for delivery. (Luckily I have the call recording from when I signed up to prove the charge to the bank when I go dispute it.) When I asked for a refund, they said they already auto updated my delivery date to 3 days later. I asked why they just do things without telling their customers and they had no response.
