I went three to pick up one prescription , and the pharmacist told me to wait about 15 minutes. I waited for over an hour and was finally called forward. I paid and opened the bag, to find four syringes and no prescription. I told her there was supposed to be a prescription too. She checked the computer and told me have to wait couple more minutes which ended up to be another eighteen minutes. No apology, no smiles, just unfriendly, unprofessional service. I will be changing pharmacies before my next refill.

They notify me via text when a prescription is ready and send frequent reminders. They offer to contact your primary care provider if a prescription is expiring. All the employees I've dealt with over the past couple of years have all been pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and always well stocked.

I stopped in and spent several minutes looking for the snacks and decently priced drinks (which didn't happen as CVS likes to overprice drinks). I got the snacks and drinks I needed to last through this work trip. There was a pretty good line, and only one employee in site. Eventually another employee came up and started to help with the line of customers. I probably should have just looked up the nearest Walmart or Target instead since I didn't need any prescription items.

I have been working with two stores since spending a week in the hospital for a heart issue a month ago. What I have found is when I go to order a refill thru their website for any prescription that requires a doctors approval it is not forwarded to the doctor. It sits at Walgreens until you go in person to find out why you have not received it. The thing that is even more frustrating is the pharmacy tech is never the same. I have requested a conversation with the pharmacist and have been blocked each time. I am thankful there are other pharmacy options available.
