I got an oil change and they didnt change the filter nor did they clean up the messy oil residue left. i took a video and went back 2 days later just to argue with the guy claiming the filter was changed and theres no black residue all over the place. I literally have a video of the old oil filter NOT changed. he goes and wipes it with a rag and takes another video underneath the car to show me the filter was "changed" after i got the oil change. telling me theres cameras and we can check the cameras when i literally took the video of the dirty filter before going in lol. there's absolutely no reason the oil filter should be filthy 2 days after an oil change. Been coming here for almost 17 years but after the response I got today, it was enough for me to come on here for 10 min and vent!! Went for an oil change as I have been doing for YEARS!!! Noticed a little saturation and puddle in MY DRIVEWAY (Pic shown). So I say, ok a few drops is normal I understand, but this was more than a few, so let me swing by and just have them check it. Very convenient and speedy option for car washes and oil changes. I recently purchased a used vehicle and needed an oil change; I figured this would be a great, inexpensive option. I come here out of convenience and only use their car wash. I don't need the works so I usually stick with the full service - for $11 plus tax it includes a basic exterior wash plus they vacuum your interior. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly, but avoid coming here on the weekends or right after a snow storm because it's always packed. They're open 24 hours, and if you come during the evening you get a discounted rate and can stay in your car while it's washed. The "shop" has a large selection of auto stuffs, and a nice sitting area with refreshments to wait if you're getting an oil change. Their work is a mixed bag - sometimes they're super thorough and my car turns out great, other times they cut corners. For example, they won't put my floor mats back the right way or they'll forget to wipe down the sill of my trunk. That being said, I would still go back to them because the positives outweigh the negatives. read more

Although my last wash was bad this morning I decided to give it another chance. Instead of getting the interior was I got the complete armorall $45. What a waste! Simply I come here for my car's oil change; with synthetic Mobil One oil, the cost is about $40 and a complimentary car wash is included. One thing to know: always refuse the "power flush"; not only is it $150, I've read in Consumer Reports that it's unnecessary. Just say no. From 7 AM to 7 PM, the normal car wash is about $7, plus any add ons, ie armour tires, hot wax, etc. When you pull into the rear, you tell the attendant what type of car wash you desire. You exit your vehicle and the boys get to work. They vacuum your car and clean your floor mats. Next they put the car through the wash. You walk inside and have the choice of using the restroom, searching for car accessories, refreshments, staring at your car getting washed (it's mesmerizing) or just paying and going to the end of the lot. The night special, which is 7 PM to 7 AM, is $4 but you are confined to your car. When the car wash is finished, there are two to three guys who dry your car and wipe the windows. These guys are ok, but you can ask for a towel to finish the job yourself. I have gotten my car detailed here once a few years ago for a hefty $120. They did an impeccable job. Perhaps i create too high of expectations for businesses. Sometimes I just want them to do what ever their name is... Sometimes that's too much to ask for. You may be thinking this guy probably got the basic wash and expected it to be dried or something silly like that. Truth is I got a super wash, but it wasn't that "super," actually it was quite bad. In order to make sure that things I wanted done were completed I pointed them out. Wash the outside clean and vacuum the inside and do the wheels and tires. The gent in the back, who was nice enough chose super wash for me and added some extra stuff. I gladly paid the $18 for the car wash and anxiously waited for my sparkling ride... Instead what I got was a wave as some guy walked away. It took 8 minutes from drop off to ready to go. I walked up and no one was even by my car to hand it off to me- just idling by the driveway waiting for any random person to go for a little joyride. The wheel package apparently meant spray armorall, but not to clean the rims; these aren't even complex rims and it wasn't slightly overlooked. Vacuuming... Not only did lifting the mats escape them, but they didn't even vacuum on the sides of the mats. Didn't wipe down the center console...in order to avoid turning this review into a sad review of broken promises I'll just include a few photos of the AFTER wash views. Paid for nothing! As a hospital employee they gave a $1 discount! The passenger seat had crumbs all over it, the backseat same. The rugs in the back weren't touched, the cup holders either. The floors were still full of dried salt/snow. We had to pull over and wipe the car down ourselves. I am so mad we had to waste money! My experience that I fear is indicative of a much larger problem plaguing these bad reviews about this place. They did not put any oil in my car causing my engine to almost seized, and when I called the place they said come in to review the video cameras, This causing me to be late to see my client. And when I arrived the owner told me "I'm not showing you the video" instead of making things right.. I'm going to take him to court. The practical problem that needs to be addressed in addition to educating your team is providing them with the appropriate equipment. As a car owner it's my mistake to see google and yelp negative reviews, I can say without reservation that a huge percentage of your past customers are very unhappy, trying to force people and tell lies on what their car needs, We own our cars and drive them every day and we know how it rides/feels and every car comes with a manual what factory requirements. So I strongly suggest to not say nor recommend they are not licenses mechanics, they are just oil changers and they should not be servicing any car without a licenses and proper education. Once again, the purpose of this review is to bring a problem to your attention with the hope that it will be looked into and solutions implemented. I believe that addressing this issue not only goes a long way to ensuring the safety of customers car engines, but also of providing a much better service, and indeed, preserving the dignity of the passengers served by Super Car Wash & Quick Lube. I've been coming here for over 10 years now and it has gradually declined into a place I no longer wish to visit. $73 for a synthetic oil change? And that's with "house synthetic oil" which apparently is about 6 bucks cheaper. Every time I have come recently for oil changes, they're telling me I have multiple other issues that need attention. I need new "special filters" ... No, my current filter can last up to 30,000 miles and I'm not even at 25,000 miles on the vehicle itself! I cut them off there from further trying to up sell me. I feel really bad for the people who don't know anything about cars, this place must rip them off all the time! Not only that, but the mechanic took 30 minutes to just LOOK at my car and mine was the only car in the shop! Not one other car was there when I arrived or left!!! This place is absolutely trash. Can't even begin to explain how we paid and tipped for exterior and interior cleaning. The exterior was washed by the machine but the inside of my car was left absolutely dirty and was NOT even vacuumed. They said we had to pay extra for them to vacuum the floor, which made absolutely NO SENSE. Then, after complaining about the half ass job that they did their excuse was that the floor matt wouldn't go out, to which we proceeded to show that it did. Update 02/26/25 - Went there for an oil change again today and everything appeared to be correct...the guy changing my oil recommended an oil/engine flush as usual, but I'm not surprised...oil change shops do not make any money off their customers therefore they have to sell something... Had my oil change done here, the 1st thing the mechanic says is "you need an engine flush because the oil is very very dirty"...I can not stand mechanic that lies to make additional money...NOTE: I have a technician degree in automotive technology...during the oil change my windshield washer fluid was filled; its approximately 18 degrees outside today and my windshield washer fluid is frozen...obviously this place is DILUTING the fluid with WATER!!..after the oil change I received my vehicle back with a tpms (tire pressure monitoring system) light on..how difficult is it to assure all tires are at 35psi?...I guess they are just acting as if they are servicing your vehicle...I'm sure they are doing the oil change and obviously the car wash, but everything else is clearly false...I'm actually scared of what they may have placed in my car as brake fluid... Complaint: Watered down Windshield Washer Fluid That Freezes, Inaccurate Tire Inflation, Lies Regarding Vehicle Maintenance. The car came around there was a black spot under the driver door they said t was grease and that I'd have to clean it. I then got into the car and they had not vacuumed at all I had to shake out all my mats. I then complained and they had to take the car and do it again. This is still my go-to car wash and I haven't lived in the Bronx for 6 years. I usually go with the Super Wash ($15) which is their Full Service package ($11: exterior wash and vacuuming) plus hot chassis polish / tire shine. The biggest indicator of a good car wash is the towels they use (and I have never found towel / cloth residue on my dry car). They also offer cheaper rates on car washes after 7pm. read more

Quick easy and great service. Price was great but the free car cleaning just makes it a fantastic deal. I loved that the oil change included a car wash and also appreciated how the mechanic let me stay in the car because he saw my kid was napping in her car seat in the back. Oil changes used to take forever, but this place had virtually no wait and I drove right in without an appointment.
