A request had been on-going since April while the property was in escrow. We had 1 business day to keep the transaction from falling apart. Our title officer had never encountered such obstacles in getting a pay off amount. I walked in to the branch and told Josiah I was very frustrated with the company he works for but I was not going to take it out on him. I just needed help. He assured me by the end of the business day he would contact the right people. He followed through and Global Credit Union is very fortunate to have a dedicated and responsible employee.

I tried calling to determine what the issue was..... Got an our of country call center. I've never had a deposit declined by Wells Fargo, Capital One, or my Credit Union.
