What an amazing experience. Everyone and I mean everyone I had to deal with gave me the best customer service I've seen anywhere here in the mountains. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had a sense of urgency about them. This level of customer service is just not common in the area. I actually had the new doctor Patricia Allen. I've never had such a fun eye exam and she would settle for nothing but perfection. I was given the most thorough exam I've ever had and she wouldn't settle for anything but perfect vision. My husband and I are patients of Dr. John-Mark Turner. We have never been taken care of so well! He has all the latest computer equipment needed to test your eyes so you don't need to go to a big city doctor. However, after they test you on the computer equipment, Dr. Turner personally tests you again himself which is when he determines what you need to have great vision. His eyeglasses staff is very knowledgeable and takes all the time you need to find that right frame just for you. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. You feel like part of the family.
