They did a fantastic job on our property and that of at least three of our neighbors, one of whom has a 3-story home. The owner, Ardell, and his team (2 - 3 people) arrived on time each day and promptly started working, and each day they tidied up before leaving. They stayed with our job until it was complete, unlike some contractors who will start a job then leave in the middle to go work on another project and come back later to finish yours. The first day (8-29-20) was prep and clean day. They took great care with our property, beginning with removing light fixtures and décor, moving outdoor pots and furniture, and raking gravel away from the sides of the house and garage. They also protected our neighbor's property by covering the garden plants which abut our garage. The next step was power washing the exterior. Prepping and cleaning took about a half day, and since the next day was Sunday, there was plenty of time for the exterior to dry before painting began on Monday. Painting included the base color and trim. On the last day, I did a walk-through and pointed out a few very minor places for trim touch-up, which they promptly painted. The project was completed on Thursday, 9-3-20. Throughout the project Ardell's team worked efficiently and were always courteous and personable, and were cognizant of our HOA's rules regarding work hours and parking. If you have a need for quality paint work, you will not be disappointed with A.S.
