Dad didn't feel like cooking while mom was away so we gave Sunriver a shot. We were promptly seated when we got there. The wait staff worked as a team to get us drinks and our food order in. We ordered a meat lovers pizza with the hot honey drizzle and got to watch them prepare it and toss it in their fire oven. The crust was airy and delicious. If I'm being honest, it reminds me of how Pizza Hut used to taste in the 90s and I mean that as a huge compliment. Unfortunately, I got the wings for myself so I had to patiently wait for my kids to say they were too full before I snatched a slice. They have a huge selection of their beers, plus an amazing food menu using local produce. They also have a large selection of cans and special bottles for to go service. The draft selection is excellent, I had one flight on my visit. On my visit bartender Keir was fantastic, super attentive and friendly even as the day was getting busier. I had the special squash soup of the day, and it ended up being one of the most memorable meals of my trip. Prices are reasonable for the quality, highly recommended.
