They had a 50% off special on their skateboards over the summer so of course our daughter had to get one. If you ever go to Sunriver, make sure to stop by here and check them out. My son wanted a cold treat on this hot sunny day and ordered a blended taro bubble tea with tapioca pearls. The flavor was good and the tapioca was fresh and chewy. One issue...there were 2 full sized ice cubes in the middle, which took up 1/3 of the cup because he ordered the small. read more

We had a terrific time floating the Deschutes with equipment and transportation courtesy of Good-2-Go. For 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 children under 8 we got one raft and 2 kayaks. The river was particularly slow and there was a bit of a headwind so our 2 1/2-3 hr float was more like 4 hr. Luckily we had plenty of snacks for the kids and they were pretty good sports. The section of the river we floated had few sandbars or public beach areas. There were a lot of homes with private docks. We did see fish jumping and lots of birds. The price was reasonable and the service was great. As many other reviews have stated, John takes a lot of photos to send to you and he was actually waiting for us at the pick up point. We would definitely choose Good-2-Go again for another day on the river. Maybe next time with fewer kids and more adult beverages. read more

I can't say enough about Jon and the business. We found this place last year and he went out of his way to ensure that we would have a great time. So this year we definitely wanted to goto Jon's business instead of any others because of his customer service and people first policy. He took very good care of my large group both on Friday with snowmobiles then returning Saturday for sledding and tubing. He has amazing knowledge of the best trails and play areas. Picking up and dropping off is incredibly easy to do. Jon is awesome at communication and help. Our group has decided this is a yearly event and can't wait till next year to come back. Came by to purchase a float. We were informed we needed to go another route because we didn't have SHARC passes. Owner/manager has TERRIBLE customer service skills. Do not waste your time at this place, Sunriver has many better options to choose from. Be aware they close the doors at random hours and do not follow their posted hours. We came multiple times during the week (during posted hours), doors are closed and locked (staff is inside ignoring people at the door). Their staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, young teens being taught the wrong way to handle paying customers. For shaved ice go to Goodies. For rentals there are several different options near by that deserve your business more. 2 stars just for convenient location (in the village). read more

The gentleman running the shop was super knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions and more. We rented three, two seat tubes, it came with Oars and life vests. We had so much fun the first day we wanted to float again. The tubes stayed inflated overnight and worked perfectly the second day. I rented 3 sleds from Jon for use at Mt. Bachelor on Sunday Jan 18. We had 2 singles and a double and put about 30 miles on them. I chose Good 2 Go because they would rent to a 16 year old with a valid drivers license. I will come back because of the great customer service. This place is legit! We searched in a lot of places looking for snow toys to rent for our kids. This place is the only place to go! Jon could not have been nicer. Super responsive and so very helpful. He provided us with a map with his phone number on it in case we had any trouble finding the place, and told us the best snow park to head to. We rented a couple snow scooters which my husband and six year old son loved. But the best were the zipfly things-- I think that's what they were called. My kids had a blast flying down the hills on them. Equipment was clean, well maintained and safe. Jon's shop was fun to walk around in and look at things. He was a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable. 5 stars and more. Jon is a star if our family fun in Sunriver. He always has top gear and amazing prices. Which is far different than my other experiences ("oh yeah, this is supposed to work- but it doesn't" or "you had a reservation, really? Three months ago? Who did you talk to.") For a casual bunch they run a tight ship and have everything moving smoothly. Which is what this dad needs when faced with promises made to two eager boys. It's a causal gig that let's you be the guide- they just give you the tools, drop you in and pick you up when you are done. So great. We won't ever make a trip to Sunriver without a reservation with Jon. And two days makes more sense than one. read more

We rented 10 snow mobiles from Jon who was incredibly helpful with the transportation of the sleds to the park by actually lending us his car. There were complications with some of the sleds that led to being stranded and having to do work on the engines. Jon was very helpful in giving us instructions and the issues were solved and left us with a good story to tell. Jon ended up crediting back some of the sleds we rented. Although it was unfortunate that we had issues, we respected the way it was handled. Especially with snow mobiles, it isn't out of he ordinary to experience complications, but how it is dealt with says a lot about the business you rent from. For future renters, know that no matter what Jon will do right by you. read more

Amazing day with my kiddos and friends snowmobiling in the mt bachelor area. Jon (the owner) has been unreal helping me get my autistic son out on one of these sleds. We had a blast today and we climbed hills all over the place, plowed through several feet of powder and took all the kids on rides. We flooded one of the machines, and Jon packed another one on a trailer to bring up to us. In the end we were able to get it started. You can trust that Jon goes above and beyond. Great outfit. We went on the "Little Deschutes Kayak Tour" and it was awesome! Not only was the scenery beautiful, but the customer service we got from John and his crew was outstanding. Based on our experience level he suggested the right tour and time of day so we signed up. He provides very personalized service and our party (3 humans and 2 dogs) were well taken care of. We had the best couple of days thanks to Good 2 Go. It is like our our activity center with everything we could possibility want to do. We rented snowshoes and sleds one day, then snowmobiling the next. Best rates I have seen and we have been coming to Sunriver for over a decade.
